We are centrally located in a quiet residential area in the south end of Newport ('Fifth Ward'). The large park across the street has basketball and tennis courts, a children's play area, and is dog-friendly. We are within walking distance to central downtown (1.2 miles), Gooseberry Beach (0.7 miles), Salve Regina campus (0.5 miles), and Breakers Mansion on the Cliff Walk (0.9 miles). We are 1.3 miles from Fort Adams State Park. This private three-room suite sleeps up to four adults (and we also have a pack 'n play for your little one). Enjoy the convenience and comfort of home. Your privacy is assured as we accept only one booking at a time - in other words, you will be our only guests. The suite includes a queen-bedroom, separate living/dining room with queen sofa bed, nicely equipped kitchenette (stocked with all sorts of goodies), bath with jetted tub, flat-screen cable televisions, wi-fi throughout, and ample parking.. Enjoy a private deck with a gas grill and a peaceful view of the expansive lawn. This home features universal design (accessible for most wheelchairs - please ask us for specifics). Well-behaved pets welcomed - please ask for our 'Pet Policy'.

Deposits: -A deposit of 50% will confirm reservation - balance due 14 or more days in advance of arrival.
-Cancelled reservations:  $20.00 fee per reserved day (remainder refunded in full) for cancellations made 30 days or more in advance; $25.00 fee per reserved day (remainder refunded in full) for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days in advance.  
-Cancellations or changes less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book. A $25.00 per day cancellation fee applies.

“Feel like you're home!”


From the moment my husband, I and our two pups arrived we knew we picked the right home for our three month stay. We were stocked with fresh baked goodies, assorted cereals, milk, orange juice, water, tea, banana bread and treats for our puppies! The back yard was amazing our pups loved it. Mike works very hard on the yard and their beautiful garden. We loved being walking distance to the mansions, cliff walk, lower Thames shopping and so much more. There is a park directly across the street where our pups could socialize. Mike and Terri go out of their way to take care of their guests. We even had full use of their kitchen which was nice that we didn\'t have to eat out all the time. We know we will be coming back to Newport and we wouldn\'t want to stay anywhere else! We came there as strangers and left as part of the family.
