The Up, up, and ahhhhhway! Perched on a beautiful mountainside, our cute little octagonal piece of heaven takes you to the treetops. Inside you'll be taken to where rustic meets refined and creative meets comfortable. Enjoy our master bedroom with a queen canopy bed which seems to blend right into the woods that surround it. Need a king bed? We transform the second bedroom into two twins or a comfy king with a 3 inch memory foam topper. Turn on the virtual flames of our little electric space heater and snuggle in for a snooze with the black bears. Take in panoramic sunrise views with your morning cup of coffee through floor to ceiling windows or grab a book from our little library and chill out on our wraparound porch. After a day of taking in the Big Canoe experience, settle in with the family and watch a DVD or VHS tape in our cozy living room or play a board game from our game collection. We hope you will feel relaxed, refreshed, and inspired.
Enjoyed our stay and the property had everything we needed. Attention to detail was apparent everywhere. Kitchen was well equipped and all we had to do was pick up a few things at the IGA grocery store. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Will be back!
Great family get away! We spent 3 days here and were NOT disappointed. David and Laura were so helpful and thoughtful. We hope to make this an annual (or biannual) destination.

We booked this cabin last minute to escape for the weekend. We brought our 11 month old daughter and our four-legged son along with us! The cabin was clean, kitchen well equipped, the rooms spacious enough for a pack and play, and best of all, the owners stocked the cabin with games for the perfect late night Connect Four duel between my husband and I! The owners were very responsive, extra accommodating (allowed a late check out due to no one checking in right after us) and you can tell they truly care about their rental and their renters! We will absolutely return, hopefully sooner rather than later! We truly appreciate the care you\'ve taken to ensure we had the perfect weekend! Thanks for sharing your mountain home with us! If you\'ve never been to Big Canoe - it is our favorite Mountain getaway. The community has all you need - hiking trails, restaurants, golf, spa, scenic views, playgrounds, etc.
This was just a short two night trip for me and my son. The cabin was wonderful, cozy and comfortable. Booking through VRBO was easy with quick results. I would recommend this cabin to anyone I know. Thanks for everything!
