you can rent OCT OR NOV 3000 AMONTH  OR 800 WEEK PLUS FEES ALL RENTALS HAVE FEES ON THEM PLUS THE RENTAL.   NOTE 7 DAY MIN

My condo is on the south end of fort myers beach. It is a 24 unit building with an AWESOME PRIVATE BEACH. There is a pool, and gas grill you can cook on. chairs and tiki huts are on the beach that you can use. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to fix a meal you love. There is a bath and half , but the way it is sit up it is like having two bathrooms and never had any complaints. There is two twin beds , king size bed and a sofabed. The kichen has a full size washer and dryer and a smooth top stove.Also have a 46 intv with the movie channels and wifi You can walk right up the street to a high end restaurant or an average one that has pizza etc There are plenty of shopping malls , restaurants and flea markets. The beach has trolly cars that run all day some people have taken a cab to the beach and just used the trolley cars, but most that rent it have a car.
 
There are resturants within walking distance including pizza /breakfast/ amd Dinner at a higher end restaurant or ave pricing. On the weekend they have entertainment with a band. There is a trolly car that runs all day for 35 cents a person (I am pretty sure of the price) You can check on the times with the chamber of commerce. There is a public library that you can use a computer Athe north end of the beach there are lots of resturants and entertainment shopping for gifts and just about everything you want. There are flea markets on the weekends. and many shopping centers on 41 I am at the south end of the beach so you can go across the bridge and acess hwy 41 that will take you to Naples/marco Island /.If you go to the North end of the island and exit that way you can go to captiva/Sanbel island and CapeCoral/ or downtown Fort Myers which has been renovated by the same people that did Naples downtown. 
You can sit on the lani which is off the living room and bedroom and enjoy the breezes from the gulf and watch the beautiful sunsets and sunrise
You can walk along the 7 mile beachfront and pick up all kinds of shells and see the dolphins and manitees in the  Gulf of Mexico
There is no pets or smoking in the condo . You must be at least 25 years old. to rent the condo .
THERE IS AN ELVATOR OR STEPS IN THE CONDO BUILDING NOTE I CHARGE A SMALL BOOKING FEE OF 65.00 NOT 750 LIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS.

Perfect location, excellent value


Great location. Wonderful vacation experience. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Beach was nice and had so many shells. Quiet and peaceful end of beach. Great dining choices not far away at Santini Marina Plaza. Grocery store not too far away. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would return again.

Best Beach Vacation Ever


This was our BEST BEACH VACATION EVER! Sharon and the staff at Kathy Nesbit Vacation Rentals treated us so well! Top notch service and response to all Concerns and questions! We traveled from Ohio with 3 young children and had all the amenities of home in this condo along with unimaginable sights and experiences that only a private beach could provide! We were arms length away from dolphins and manatees several days! The key only use of facilities definitely added a sense of security and it was a short drive either direction to fun and wonderful dining! We couldn\'t have asked for a better vacation and God willing plan to make this our annual home away from home destination !!

another wonderful week


Second time staying at this condo (fall 2013). The condo building is a small 24 unit building, directly on the beach. About 8 condos were in use, making it perfect and quiet. Sharon\'s condo was clean and nicely decorated. Had everthing my wife and I needed for the week. Great location only 1.1 miles walk to the fish house and enjoy dinner. Enjoy the quiet south end of island with the options to take trolley to north end for the island.

Just got back from another week in paradise! The condo is always very clean and welcoming. The owner is great to do business with! I really enjoy the quiet south end of the island overlooking Lover\'s Key! This is my favorite place to stay!
