Spacious and nicely upgraded interior located in a well maintained private complex. Condo is conveniently located adjacent to two pools. Cabazon Factory Stores with 150 shops is about a 25 min drive east on the I-10, and well worth the trip. Multiple golf courses in general area as well.
David\'s spacious condo was the perfect home base for my friend and me during our April 2017 getaway. His place is convenient to the 10 and local shopping centers. The pool and hot tub are just steps from the back door of the condo--perfect for relaxing after a long day on your feet! David is very responsive to emails and calls and promptly returned my deposit after I returned home. We would definitely rent from David again! Thank you for being such a gracious host!
This is a nicely upgraded large unit with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Everything you could want or need is in this well decorated condo. It is close to 2 pools and the grass area out back was perfect for the kids to play. It is very quiet here. The complex seemed filled with friendly people. We loved our stay and will be back again!!
We are family of 4 that spent 3 nights during winter break December 2012, the condo was very clean, well designed and felt homy and luxury at the same time, the pool and grass area outside were perfect.
We have stayed at david\'s condo this past summer two times. the condo is in very nice condition and close to two separate pools. it has a really nice patio and a full gas bbq for grilling. morning shade which was nice in the summer, but afternoon sun is very hot. the patio furniture was ok, could have a few more comfy chairs or rocking chair, but as is is adequate. the condo is spacious, as its around 1600 sq. feet with a full kitchen two full baths and two bedrooms. the house has everything you need for a great stay. desert falls is a nice community with a great golf course. the pools were very nice and people all very cool. i highly recommend this condo and owner for people interested in renting the condo in the future.
