Perfect for families!
 
For the discriminating chef, we have two kitchens, back to back, one with gas cooktop and wall oven, one with electric range, two refrigerators!
Lots of decks, barbecue, outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas. Fish right from the beach! Swim, play, enjoy!

Absolutely Fabulous!


A beautiful property. Everything top-notch or even a cut above that and a quiet beach that you have practically to yourself most of the time. Our family has been coming to this area for 30 years and this is among the best places we have vacationed. This year we were delighted to see so much turtle activity. Of course you need to leave them alone and let them “nest in peace” but each night as soon as it got dark you could even stand on the deck and see them come out of the water. Each night there were tracks leading right up to the base of the deck, and if you walked the shore at night you would inevitably come across at least one turtle. The biggest turtle moment came on a mid-morning walk where we saw hatchlings emerge from one of the nests and head for the water. We had never seen that before. A magical moment. Taking advantage of having the beach to ourselves, we had a professional photographer come to the house one evening and took family photos on the beach. Worked out great! This year our family included our 1 year old grandson and we also took full advantage of all the great baby/toddler items at the house. Pac-n-play, high chair, toys. Really everything you need if you are bringing young children. The brand new washer/dryer combo was also wonderfully convenient. I will mention that while the cell phone service can be a bit sketchy in that location, the Wifi and internet connectivity was flawless, even streaming movies. The family that owns this property really knows how to polish a jewel. Our family has stayed at another property they own in Melbourne Beach and it is equally fantastic. Looking at the pictures now, we can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful peaceful place


This oasis is a wonderful get away. The home has everything to offer. The beach is so private and peaceful. We will be coming back as a regular. Great, professional manager that was easy to work with. Love it!

The property we stayed at was beautiful. Very well kept, first class, and was well stocked with towels, and cookware and everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Merry is a great property manager, very available and responsive. We would stay here again and in fact we are renting 2 of the properties manager by Merry Morris in October.

WOW!!!


The home has a beautiful view that took our breath away when we opened the front door. Though only two people swam in the ocean, it was still a pleasure to walk on the beach and hear the ocean sounds. We loved the deck on the top floor. Viewing the sunrise each morning was an unforgettable treat. The pool and the hot tub were an added bonus. Both were well maintained. We enjoyed shooting pool and playing ping pong.This is a wonderful vacation home that is fully equipped.

Perfect Home


Our family was able to stay together all under one roof. I can\'t remember the last time we were all together. A total of 10 adults. Everything was as advertised and more. Merry was great to work with and helped us through this entire process. The house had everything we could have wanted from pool and beach toys to rainy day games. Also enough space to get away from each other when needed. We would definitely stay again.
