Look no further our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private pool villa is a 'little gem'. We are proud of our home and have furnished the property to a high standard and are personally motivated to ensure we provide you with a holiday home to be proud of. We are new owners and have recently refurbished the whole property interior with new carpet, new tiles, blinds and ceiling fans to compliment the existing air conditioning already installed. Poolside we have totally renewed the sun lounges and seat covers and provided umbrella shading for additional comfort. A high capacity pool heater has been installed to heat the pool in the cooler months, normally October to April. Our pool is screened and cleaned weekly with filters and chemical balance being checked and adjusted accordingly and is typically kidney-shaped almost 30' long. However for the intrepid fitness fan if you should wish to indulge in more strenuous exercise swimming, the Manors has its own clubhouse with a full sized swimming pool which is free to use by residents and guests staying at the property. The clubhouse also contains a fully equipped fitness center free to use. Being south facing the pool area is exposed to the sun all day ensuring the potential for a 'perfect suntan'. For those al fresco moments or for days and evenings you decide to spend relaxing by the pool we have provided a gas barbecue.
 
For your added convenience we offer 'free WiFi at the house, so bring your laptop or tablet. In each of our lounges we have installed 48' flat screen LED smart TV's with a DVD player in the poolside lounge. Besides the ability to stream movies, the smart TV's offer the facility to connect to and browse the internet. Each of the bedrooms is also equipped with modern flat screen televisions. Although we are feel sure you will spend much of your time by the pool or visiting the many theme parks and attractions, to compliment your 'chill out' time at the villa we have Direct TV installed offering a choice of more than 200+ channels including sport and some movie channels. To cater for sport lovers, our TV package includes coverage of the NFL, Premier League, NHL and NBA. Included in the rental cost is the facility to make free local, long distance and international telephone calls to more than 30 countries including the UK, Europe and Canada using a VOIP telephone system.
 
Our house is a corner plot and offers good space either side adding to the privacy and tranquility although the estate offers a very relaxed location regardless.
 
Our property is spacious and has two communal lounge areas, a formal dining area as well as a separate area between the kitchen and poolside lounge for casual dining. We have three bathrooms two of which are en-suite attached to the two queen bedded rooms and the third for use by the two twin bedded rooms and guests poolside.
 
For guests with a baby or a very young child there is a cot, high chair and child buggy at the villa although we do recommend you bring your own to ensure familiarity.
 
For long stay guests the villa contains everything you need. Our lovely villa sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The villa is located in a very peaceful location on the Westridge Manors South complex which is a beautifully maintained, manicured gated community, providing increased security and peace of mind for guests and families. If you are looking for a property with an excellent location close to the attractions - Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Epcot, countless restaurants, famed shopping malls and Orlando Int. airport 'this is the place for you'.

To book our villa, check the availability chart for your dates and telephone or email us direct. 
Once we confirm the reservation a 25% non-ref. Deposit should be received within 7 days to secure the booking. 
The balance plus a damage protection deposit of $300, is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival or immediately for late bookings
 made within 56 days of arrival. 3 night bookings + $90 cleaning fee.

Immaculate accommodation


Arriving at the villa we were impressed by the overall quality of the facilities provided. While we were only a party of three, it was clear that this property could comfortably accommodate a party of eight, and if the number of TV isn\'t enough to keep the children entertained, there is also the pool table, air hockey and darts in the garage. The swimming pool whilst being of a modest size is sufficient for a dip to cool off or soothe those aching feet after a day at the theme parks. Our only enquiry during our stay was concerning the iron, but Gary, the owner, had left his contact number, and resolved the issue over the phone. In the event that we visit the area again, I will definitely be checking the availability of this property first.
