Our Otter Falls Log Cabin offers 2500 sq ft on three levels with three decks to spot the wildlife.

The master suite is conveniently located on the main level with a jetted tub in the Master bath and separate Shower. The kitchen inspires, with granite countertops and stainless appliances, open to the dining and living room and perfect for entertaining.
 
The deck off the kitchen looks out over the back of the property with no other house in site. Grill your dinner with the convenience of being directly off the kitchen.
 
Watch for early morning Turkeys while you sip freshly ground coffee on the front porch as the sun comes up over the trees.....Our personal Favorite !
 
The living room is nicely decorated in Leather furniture with Mountain accents. Reminisce in front of the gas fireplace with a book and one of our 'oldies' but goodies records.
 
The top level has 2 bedrooms, with one bathroom. The lower level of Otter Falls has the Game Room, Laundry, and a separate Theater Room with Surround Sound and Theater Chairs. The game room is abundant, with a Pool Table, Foosball and X Box System, along with plenty of books, games and puzzles.
 
Walk to the adjoining deck to soak under the stars in the Hot Tub or laze under the trees in the Hammock. The perfect end to the day can be had in front of the Fire Pit, toasting S'mores or challenging the family to a outdoor game of Corn Hole.
 
Our Otter Falls Cabin is the perfect spot for creating lasting memories and thoughts to return again and again.
 
Access to the Cabin is paved except for the last quarter mile.
 
Four Wheel drive, chains or both may be required when visiting the mountains in the winter. Access may not be suitable for vehicles with rear wheel drive, limited ground clearance, or motorcycles even during summer months.

great peaceful cabin


Enjoyed our stay very much. All the kids had a good time, they enjoyed the downstairs game and TV room and the fire pit! Great location...enjoyed our morning coffee on front porch ...very quiet and relaxing. My youngest grandson asked if we could live there!! Hope to come back next year if not sooner! Thanks for letting us stay there!

Everything you could hope for.


We loved this cabin and were so impressed with how well thought out everything is. This rental cabin has everything you could possibly need, from a thoroughly equipped kitchen, to tennis racquets, to plenty of towels for both the hot tub and bathrooms. The cabin is very clean and spacious. The walk to Otter Falls is so fun and beautiful. We were also pleased with how close the cabin really is to so many things, like Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Boone, etc. The owners are very easy to work with and answered questions quickly. Thank you Susan for sharing your cabin and making us feel so at home!

Excellent Location. Beautiful Cabin. Wonderful Owners


My family and I stayed at the cabin in December 2016. It\'s exactly as described and is larger than it appears in pictures. It\'s very spacious and the location is great. Not too far up the mountain and very close to Hawksnest and a short drive to Banner Elk and Boone. Otter Falls is a short hike from the cabin. The owners are very responsive to questions and take pride in making sure that guests enjoy their stay. We would love to come back to this property again.

Quiet, Relaxing Home Away From Home


Amazing stay at Otter Fallas cabin. Easy access to shops, winery, and hiking with everything we needed there at the property to accommodate one dog and three children. Floor plan made it easy for adults to enjoy tv or game room time while kids were sleeping. Very cozy, warm and easy to make ourselves at home. Would love to come back to this \"one stop shop\" property.

Great House


Great house and location. Tons of privacy. Easy access to all the tourist stuff. The house had everything necessary to be comfortable. Pictures were spot on. The 3 floors and 2 decks made it easy to spread out. Would rent again.
