Perfect for families looking for sun and sand. Four bedroom (King, King, Queen, 2 singles) plus den with pull out couch. Large living room with 60" Flat screen, cable and WiFi included. Dining room seats 6 with seating for 4 more at the bar. Fully equipped kitchen, gas stove/range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, silverware and dishes. Eat-in Kitchen seats 4. Enjoy meals on the private outdoor patio with gas grill, dining table and chaise lounges. Laundry on second floor with full size washer and dryer. Two full baths plus a large outdoor shower for after those days on the beach. A short two block walk to the private beach (Atlantis Beach Club beach tags included) beach bar with live music, food and beverages. For the nature lovers Two Mile beach Nature Preserve is a short walk, watch dolphins frolic in the waves from the viewing platform, see birds and butterflies in the marsh or on the dune trail. After a day full of activities or just relaxing on the beach you can grill in the backyard or take a short walk to the variety of local restaurants. Historic Cape May is a short drive and offers a wide range of dining, shopping, antiquing and amusements. For the adventurist there is fishing, crabbing, boating, whale watching. For golfers there are numerous courses within a short drive.

We just stayed at this property and had a fantastic time! The house is in a great location, quiet area, close enough to the beach. The beach area is beautiful and love the convenience of the Club at Diamond Beach snack area. The house was super clean and nicely decorated. It worked perfectly for us, even larger than we needed. We were 2 adults and 2 small Yorkies (which made it even better that we were able to take them with us) The property was well maintained and has a terrific back yard with a full size grill and nice outdoor furniture. Gary is a pleasure to work with and very accessible. We can\'t say enough good things about this home and the owner. We look forward to our next stay which is already planned!!!
My family & I recently stayed at this property for 2 weeks. We had a mixture of babies, children, teens, and adults and I can honestly say that everyone was in love with this house. From the location to the beach, the size/layout of the house, & the cleanliness of the house, everything was absolutely perfect! Not once did anyone feel crowded or did we run out of hot water :). The owner is available and extremely helpful if you need anything. We will definitely be renting this property again next year- it was definitely the best family vacation we have had!
What a wonderful place! 3 families spent the week here, and we all loved it, 1st floor is nicely laid out and offers a lot of space so you never feel crowded, lots of space to hang around, eat, drink, play games, and watch tv. Back yard is great, peaceful, clean, lots of chairs, nice barbecue and patio set and the outdoor shower was very convenient. Bedrooms all had lots of space and worked out great for everyone. All in all the place was great and Gary was very helpful in answering any questions we had leading up to our stay. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
We spent the week at this house and had an excellent vacation! The house was just beautiful and included everything we could possibly ask for! We traveled with extended family and had three young children with us. The house is perfect for large groups, the beds were spacious and comfortable, everything was neat and clean, and there is an outside shower that was perfect for cleaning off sand! The beach is also perfect. It\'s within walking distance and is a private beach, so there was plenty of space for the children to spread out with all their toys and the adults with their chairs. The beach is also great for swimming, especially for kids! There was a beach bar right at the entrance, ice cream for the kids, and bathrooms! If traveling with kids, there is also a putt-putt course at the end of the street which was a perfect way to end our day! The patio is also a great place to gather and simply relax. There is plenty of space, seating and a grill if you want to have an evening in. This was truly the best vacation we\'ve ever had! I highly recommend this house, and I look forward to renting it again!
We booked this place for a summer beach weekend getaway with some friends. Our experience was just awesome. The house is well maintained, clean and so close to the beach. The room were spacious and neat. We stayed there for 2 nights, we did barbeque, the outside shower to wash of sand was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to other travellers.
