This single family home is in Prescott's premier community of Yavapai Hills. The property backs up to a natural wildlife preserve and you can really enjoy the views and the serenity. Prescott claims to be "Everyone's Home Town" and is the home of the world's oldest rodeo. There are endless activities for the outdoors person along with year-round cultural activities and festivals. Golf, anyone? The Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, and Jerome are an easy drive. Only and hour and quarter from Phoenix and Scottsdale. Prescott also has it's own airport.

My hubby and I and our greyhound stayed in this lovely home from 12/13/16 thru 4/1/17. Everything that we needed was right there in the home. We felt at home the moment that we walked through the door. We also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Holiday, thank you for sharing your home and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Also, a special thank you to Mike for his kindness and always being available if we needed him.
This is a beautiful home. The pictures are as it is. It is easy to have pets here because you are able to shut off the carpeted areas. The kitchen is roomy, beds are comfortable and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.
This home was perfect for Christmas! When we walked in, we found the house kept on going! It\'s much larger than it looks. The home is very quiet and spacious. My 23-yr-old had her own room and bath at one end while my husband and I had the other side. The beds were very comfortable with a CA King in the master! There\'s even a nice office space off the master bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked. However the pressure from the faucet is a slight stream which made clean-up time longer. Also, TV\'s are of old school and hard to maneuver through with cable wires in the front. There is a very spacious laundry room with easy to use washer and dryer. Also, wonderful to have the full use of the garage space and able to come right in from the cold. The backyard view of pine trees with snow falling and deer meandering was spectacular! Holiday (Owner) was wonderful to work with and would immediately respond to any problems that popped up. Thank you Holiday for making this past Christmas special as we were able to bring my 91-yr-old mother (she lives in assisted care there) to the house for the day. She thoroughly enjoyed the space and time with us.
This property was furnished with everything you could possibly need. The family room windows were great to look out into the back yard of pine trees. Nice to have a washer/dryer and a garage too. The owner provided wonderful customer service and was always responsive to questions.
this is excellent place to stay for a long-term vacation or getaway in high country : split F/P provides for privacy, nicely arranged convenient BRs, vast great room, den and Wi-Fi thru out the home,pleasant backyard and oversized garage. kitchen and all what belongs to it is A+ and very convenient. will definitely return. The rental house in Prescott was better than advertised. The location was perfect, and the view from the backyard was great. The house was very comfortable, and the garage was nice for storing the car in. The house was fully furnished, just bring your personal items and clothes.
Our second visit to this home and it was even better than last year. The location, convenient to everything, with that spectacular green space mountain view is ideal. The neighborhood, quiet and safe, can\'t be beat. The house is well maintained and furnished. I can\'t think of anything the owners haven\'t remembered. It\'s truly a great find.
This is a very clean comfortable home with everything you need to function in every day life. For a 2 bedroom house it was spacious and accommodating in every way. Quite neighborhood and a great location between Prescott and and Prescott Valley. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to or friends. We feel fortunate to have found a \"home away from home\" as nice and accomodating as this lovely place in Yavapai Hills, Prescott, Arizona. We had planned a vacation to this area to visit relatives but never expected to find a home this perfect. The location makes it perfect for sightseeing ventures in the north central Arizona area. The hill side location with the private patio is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife that frequents the backyard, especially the birds and the deer. It was truly a wonderful experience to have found this home. It made our vacation just that much better. You will not find a more pleasant landlord that owners of this property. They were a delight to do business with. We will be looking to rent this property again on our next venture to Arizona.
