Why some nice quiet piano bar where you can have a brandy and a good cigar or watch a live show or concert while holding a bottle of beer? There are many historical sites that were built during the time of the exploration, exploitation and colonization of the "New World". I like the location of the hotel. It was by a park and local convenient store on the corner. The staff was good (except for one door guy) and friendly. There was a kitchen area, but I did not use it.

The hotel was very inexpensive but I would not go there again. It was not a very nice room and it was not clean. The front desk person was very nice and helpful however it was just very old and run down

The hosts are always available, very helpful. The place is very well located, safe, if you want to eat out, there are traditional colmados as well as more \"gourmet\" restaurants (tacos, organic food etc.). Juste a block from the zona colonial itself. Great place, it was already our 3rd stay there, and we plan on coming back !

“Happy to go back there”


I was happy to go back to Casa Florian - it\'s a cosy, low-key place in a great location, has nice staff who let us store our luggage for a few days when we were traveling, and is overall a friendly and pleasant place which I would recommend to anyone. The room upstairs has a lot of space, air conditioning when it gets too hot, a nice sea view and a great tarasse. Downstairs there is a common kitchen which the guests can use, and the place is clean and calm. The price was great for such good standard.
