This very special 2nd floor Sundial condo offers the best location on Sanibel Island. With a 25 foot lanai and only 25' from the beach, you will enjoy spectacular and unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from this spacious and beautifully updated beachfront accommodation.
 
There is a master bedroom with a king bed and a sleep-sofa in the living room. This home away from home is sparkling clean and is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, extremely comfortable bedding, and it is decorated in a tasteful Floridian theme. For your family's enjoyment, there is a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR and a video library, binoculars, and board games. There are beach chairs and beach umbrella and beach toys. To maximize the views from everywhere in the condo, there are sliding doors that open to the 25' screened balcony (lanai).

Would like to stay forever!


Perfect location. If you are coming to Sanibel for the beach, this is where you want to be. Condo literally on the beach. Entire wall facing beach is glass so can enjoy views any time of day or night. We were able to view a full moon reflecting on the waves, very cool. How crazy is it to be able to lay in bed and see the beach? Or make a meal and be able to see the beach from the kitchen? The glass doors open both in the middle and ends onto the lanai, so if you need to divide the condo for privacy, each party has access to the lanai without disturbing the other. ( There is a sliding folding door that you can pull across the condo for privacy if needed. ) This condo is on the lowest living level (parking underneath in spots) and to my delight found out there is an elevator that let me avoid climbing stairs. Ample uncovered parking close to the unit. The inside of condo was comfortable. Had everything we needed and we had no problems with any appliances etc. Pool is adjacent to the building. Cable and wifi provided. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Recycling bins on property. I hesitate telling how fun it is to stay here because in the future there might not be any openings when I want to rent it! :) The only thing we found troublesome, which is not a problem with the condo but rather the location, were the no-see-um insects. They are small enough to get through the lanai screen and eat you alive. Like mini mosquitoes. We used deep woods off without much success. So if you are headed to sanibel, heads up. Maybe there is something we didn\'t know about to keep them away. You will need a car, in my opinion, if you stay here. We liked Baileys store for all kinds of food and other beach needs. We particularly enjoyed Island pizza for inexpensive good food. And try the public beaches, they are all slightly different. Tons of sea shells at all of them. Love Sanibel!!!

Perfect location, just steps from the beach.


The condo was nice and clean with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. The grounds crew at the complex keeps everything looking nice and manicured. It feels and appears to be a quite and safe place to vacation. The owner was polite and easy to work with. I will stay here again.

We were very happy with this lovely condo! It was our first beach vacation and set the standard very high for when and if we vacation on another beach! Our view of the Gulf was phenomenal! The procedure for receiving our condo key was easy and the condo had everything we needed to spend a great week of leisurely living at the beach.

A Little Bit of Heaven On Earth


The description of the property including location and the condo itself was 100% accurate. The condo was as clean as a whistle and the owner could not have been more helpful, pleasant and attentive. There was information concerning not only the condo and condo complex, but also area restaurants, shopping, local attractions and a guest book, which I found to be very helpful, especially since it was my first (hopefully, not last) visit to Sanibel. It had first-hand reviews from guests who had stayed there regarding most anythng you would want to know. Waking up to the view each morning did seem like a \"little bit of heaven\". Even though I was on vacation, I woke up early every morning just to see the sunrise over the water. Everything is close by. Restaurants are very reasonable and the choice is varied. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have ever had - beach 30 seconds away -- pool 30 seconds away -- what more can you ask for ! I would without hesitation, recommend this condo/vacation to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit !

Perfect location


Perfect location, this condo was exactly what the owners had stated. Best location at Sanibel Beach steps from the sand it was equipped with everything we needed for our relaxing week. Very clean amazing view from the Lanai and the layout worked perfectly for my husband and I. It was our first trip to Sanibel and we absolutely loved it, wonderful Island to kick back relax and just enjoy vacation. Lots of nice local places to dine, we enjoyed the Sanibel Café for breakfast/brunch as well as the Over Easy Café, give the Fish House a try we had great service and a very good Grouper Basket for dinner. For all your groceries needs Jerry\'s is a nice little stop and Most of All rent the bicycles what a great way to see the Island and stop for some Ice Cream. I enjoyed morning walks on the beach during sunrise and made a trip to the Sanibel Lighthouse one morning as well as driving to Captiva Island for the amazing sunset multiple times. This is truly a little piece of heaven.
