My home is in a 55+ non-gated community in Mesa, AZ. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room (with a fold out queen sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, with W/D off the kitchen. Two car garage, with room to store items off the garage. Its a quite neighborhood. The home is basic home with microwave, ample counter tops, cupboards, refrigerator, with additional wine cooler. It will be fully stocked with linens, kitchen wear, cable TV, WiFi. Cover patio with sitting area with a gas BBQ grill. The HOA has two swimming pools. It is close to several golf courses, churches, hiking paths, Superstition Mall. The home is off of Higley Road and Interstate 60. Easy commuting through out the Phoenix valley.
