Come and experience both lakefront and mountain living at its finest. Stay a while at "The Roost" our luxurious lakeside condo and enjoy the breathtaking view! This recently renovated and updated lakefront condominium is just perfect for those seeking fun, relaxation and solitude. 
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath oasis sits on the lake and sleeps 4. This unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen , linens, bedding, two flat screen TVs, a washer/dryer, high speed internet and central heat and air.
 
The condo is owned by an interior designer and was renovated in 2015. The kitchen was redesigned with beautiful custom cabinetry and new faux wood countertops. Dark plank wood flooring adorns both the kitchen and family room. The décor and furnishings are stylish, chic and earthy with a contemporary flair.
 
The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a view of the lake, a queen bed, flat screen TV and ample closet space. The second bedroom is bright and airy and furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom has direct access to the spacious stone patio. Both baths have been newly redesigned with marble floors and new vanities.
 
This condo comes with two outdoor entertaining areas; a lakeside deck with seating and dining options, and a stone patio for grilling, lounging, reading or for taking an afternoon snooze. Walk down a few steps from the lakeside deck and you are at the community dock, a great place to enjoy the sun and take a swim. After dinner watch the sun set over the lake while enjoying a drink on the deck. Then top off the evening at the fire pit with a hot toddy and marshmallow roast!.

Lake style!


I could get very used to this. Everything we needed. Shady balcony with rockers and a view, sunny lawn, barbecue, swim dock, with marina, shopping and food 5-10 minutes away, beautifully appointed, clear water. Carefree lake living. Melanie was charming. This was our first HomeAway trip and we were not quite sure what to expect, especially on short notice for eclipse week! We were delighted.Thank you Melanie for sharing your home on the lake.
