The apartment is fully furnished and has kitchen utensils and bedrooms. All areas have been decorated with marine motifs and fans, TV, DVD and DirecTV Prepaid (to have this service request code). The apartment also has hot water in the showers and kitchen sink. There is also a parking lot, tent and beach chairs for guests. The apartment has a cozy terrace overlooking the pool, gardens and hills of Casablanca. The terrace has table and chairs, as well as armchair and cushions, making it an ideal space to relax and enjoy. It is also 70 meters from Same beach, which is quiet, safe and spacious. * There is the option to hire a daily household cleaning service, breakfasts and lunches for an extra $ 20 per day, which must be paid in cash directly to the person performing the service. * We will provide sheets for 4 beds and towels for 6 guests. If your reservation is for more than 6 people, please bring sheets and towels for 2 more people.

Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
