An expansive garden, patio, and outdoor dining make this property a refuge in the heart of Vineyard Haven. Use our bikes to explore the island, or enjoy the short walk to town beaches and fine dining.
 
The space
This historic house was built in 1905 by Captain George Eldridge who in 1875 first published the famous tide schedules still used by sailors today. On Main St, a short walk from the downtown, “Fairtide" sits on a double lot with expansive lawn and gardens. The bedroom is on the second floor with a queen bed and a private bathroom across the hall.
 
Guest access
Guests have access to the ground floor. The shared kitchen is available as well as the dining room, TV room, living room, and outdoor dining on the patio and a spacious yard. Wifi, TV, shared fridge, bikes to use, garden with swings and benches and an outdoor shower.
