It has three bedrooms, two bath, private home totally renovated and remodeled, new furniture throughout, a new 70 foot dock, minutes from bay and easy access to ocean from Channel two bridge.
 
Private sandy beach access, also features a ground floor with storage, washer, dryer, bicycles, gas BBQ, outside walled in shower, hammocks, fish, bait, ice freezer, ice maker, chikee huts, fish cleaning table, numerous coconut trees and tropical island foliage, outdoor walled in shower, cable, plasma TV in living room, TV's in all rooms, DVD, logitech revue, bamboo wood and tile floors, french windows, paddle fans throughout, central air conditioning, kayak, stand up paddleboard, ghenoe,, wireless high speed internet, rafts, fishing rods, tackle, masks, snorkels, fins for guests use, all the amenities and conveniences of home in this one of a kind rental in the fabulous Florida Keys.

We purchased this house after renting in the Keys for many years, we got tired of looking so hard for good quality, clean homes to rent which were and are still very difficult to find. Unique Benefits
 
This is our only vacation house , we live only 1.5 hours away and we take care of the house as good as our main home. We have a handy man and his wife that live close by and are constantly doing stuff to the house, from cleaning, to maintaining, preventative care and I am also constantly " twicking " the house and updating and replacing everything that is needed.
 
This is our joy and pride and we spare no expense to keep it up and maintain it.
 
Why Kids Love It
 
Kids love it and adults too because of the diversity of the house, amenities and location. For the die hard fishing and diving people it is very close to access to ocean. Less than 7 to 9 minutes to the ocean access , even less to the bay. For those that don't participate on the above you have bicycles in the house to ride around the neighborhood, go to the private beach on the kayak, ghanoe or standup paddle board, rest or take a nap in one of the 3 hammocks at the house, go to downtown Islamorada, a short ride to the many shops, restaurants, cafe's, stores, nail & hair salons, spa's, grocery stores, ice cream places, souvenir stores, marinas to buy fresh fish, hotels, visit museum of diving, theater of the sea and much more.

Islamorada is the sport fishing capital of the world. We are located in White Marlin Beach subdivision with a private community beach on the bayside that is pristine with a beautiful white sandy beach.
Excellent restaurants, shops, stores in downtown Islamorada 3 to 6 miles north.
Excellent fishing and diving in the area .
 
Attractions Within Walking Distance
 
White Marlin beach is our private community beach just 6 blocks from the house on the bayside. It is a pristine white sand beach very rare in the Florida Keys. You can go on the kayak, standup paddle board on ghanoe available at the house for your use.
Anne's beach is just a few block south if of us the ocean side, it is a public beach where you wind usually find a lot of wind surfers.
Mobil grocery store and cafeteria is at the entrance for our subdivision and it is a local 7 - 11 for purchasing certain groceries and food, very convenient.

We are Orlando and Iliana Abella, we have lived in Miami since the early sixties and have been going to the Keys ever since. We bought this house as our main vacation house. We love fishing, diving, boating and the ambience and atmosphere of the Florida Keys, specially Islamorada and this location. Paradise, to relax, enjoy and share life's true riches of family and friends. When we don't use it it's available for rent.Why this property? When we saw this house, it was ' love at first sight ' and still is, although many renovations and much remodeling has taken place and constant ' twicking ' . A few of the main benefits are its easy fast access to the bay and ocean, the pristine white sandy private community beach on the bay side, ( very unusual in the Keys ) and its neighborhood.Since this is our only vacation house, we really take care of it constantly. Everything works, we keep it up with a very good handy man and his wife as the cleaning lady. Always updating , repairing, replacing, maintaining, cleaning inside and out. This house actually looks better in person than in the pictures and virtual tour and in most cases it is the opposite.Speaks: English, Spanish

“PARADISE!”


Villa Marlin is beautiful (the pictures do not lie), gorgeous grounds and the location is perfect for reaching the bay or the ocean! The amenities were AWESOME - from all the kitchen items to having use of the fishing equipment, kayak, small boat and paddleboard made our vacation perfect! Access to the private sandy beach was a great added bonus! Mr. Abella (owner) was so accommodating and provided many recommendations that were ALL great! The island of Islamorada and this vacation home was PARADISE and we are already making plans to return!!

“Villa Marlin”


We were looking for a quiet place to relax and snorkel. The villa is just as lovely as the pictures. Anything you would need is provided. The grounds are shady and comfortable and the location is quiet. We canoed in the canal and saw Manatee. We bicycled to the beach in the evening. We snorkeled all around Islamorada and out of Key largo, amazing corral and fish. The Villa owners were always available and helpful. We rent on trip advisor frequently and we can highly recommend Villa Marlin.

This home was very comfortable and in a great location. We will definitely consider this one again for our next trip.

“Just Right”


We were three adults and three children. There is a master with a bath and two bedrooms that share a bath. The accommodations were, I thought very upscale for a rental. The home is finished and furnished quite tastefully. They did not spare expense when it came to amenities.The kitchen is finished with beautiful granite countertops and there is a large refrigerator. We took two boats, a 16 and 21 and there was adequate parking in the lot and on the canal for them. The canal was very pleasant and didnt vary in depth ( no tidal change). We stepped right onto the boats. There is a large icemaker in the laundry room. I\'ve been to the Keys numerous times on fishing trips and stayed in cheaper rentals and motels because all we wanted was to have a fishing base of operations. The house is much more than a place to stay when you fish; it was an enjoyable place to be. It\'s own destination. The streets and canals surrounding this house vary with some extremely expensive homes to the North and some less expensive homes just South of the rental. So, it was, as Goldilocks says \"just right\". Orlando was very accommodating in the arrangements, accepting a check, and returned my deposit promptly. I would stay there again. Brett Wilson
