Hello,I arrived in Quebec on 2007 after living in Rueil Malmaison (France). MAHIA, Gilles purchased this apartment in 2007. We bought this property because it remains me my native normandy. The location is in one of the most famous area in Montreal which is Westmount and close to Monkland village.

Has character, in a good neighborhood.


I like this old building. Has character n close to many shops, conveniently located. However there is room for improvement - bed is too soft may need replacement of the mattress. One bed is so bad that we cannot sleep on it

Great hosts, great location, little on the older side


Gilles and his daughter were terrific hosts and made sure we were able to get in easily after a long day on the road. They also had area information laid out on a table for us and were extremely helpful with schedules on our last day. They live right below and were more than happy to provide us with any help if we needed it. The location was very good. The metro station was a short walk away and the ride to old Montreal was quick. Shopping was close by and Ave. Monkland was was a real find with a famous area bagel shop, several cafes, and a great patisserie...I which we had more time to go back there! The area was nice and seemed safe and family friendly. The apartment itself was spacious. We were 8 people and enjoyed the great common spaces to hangout in. It\'s an older unit that show some wear, the floors also creak quite a bit and It could use use some upgrades to some of the furnishing, but Overall a good experience!

Our stay at Gille's home was amazing!


Gille\'s home was spacious enough for 10 girls; we all slept very comfortably and had everything that we needed. Very well located, it was easy to go anywhere. Gilles was very friendly and was right downstairs if we needed anything. He was able to accommodate us with early check-in. We had an amazing weekend and would definitely come back and rent his home again!

Excellent property, well maintained and great location.


Thank you to Gilles, who is the owner of the property for being flexible, accommodating and always prompt to answer questions. Our group was visiting Montreal for the pre-season baseball games at Olympic Stadium. The location of the Westmount property was perfect and the house itself was clean, large and bright. Wonderful pied a terre!


Awesome location and property for exploring Montreal and countryside. Gilles was well prepared and offered many great sightseeing suggestions. Our stay was a warm family reunion in a welcoming apartment. The layout of the home was very practical and comfortable, quiet and private also. Five adults could lounge, eat and rest up for adventures on the town.
