Looking for that one of a kind romantic hideaway on a fabulous beach without the huge price tag? You’ve found it! The Guest Cottage of Colony Manor Goldendaze sits directly on Sint Maarten’s beautiful soft white sandy beach, Simpson Bay. This luxurious, and oh so charming studio guest cottage has everything you need for a relaxing vacation and is located within ¼ to ½ mile to a very popular, fun filled area with a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, casinos, and grocery stores.
 
This 2nd floor studio is fully equipped with a full kitchen including a full size electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. A sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs and a table, and a nice desk area.
 
On the opposite side of the room there is a lovely 4 poster queen sized bed with the softest linens known to man in addition to an inside seating area which opens to an outside upper level balcony. The bedroom has a large walk in closet, equipped with a safe, and a luxurious modern bathroom with a fully enclosed glass walk-in shower. LED lighting, air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed internet access and ROKU LED Television are also included.
 
The outside upper level deck has comfortable seating and an umbrella for shade. Additional seating is available on the lower patio level. Access to the ground level laundry and a full outside bathhouse is included as well as private access to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach.
 
All windows have rolling security shutters, and the Colony Manor Guest Cottage is fully alarmed with your own keypad panel along with a video intercom and doorbell. Parking for one car available inside the gated drive. Full automatic generator backup is included along with regular maid service.
 
Please note, the owner lives in the main house with three lovely canine hosts, A.M., a golden retriever and her two coconut retriever sisters, Morgan and Simona who may occasionally visit. The Guest Cottage at Colony Manor Goldendaze will feel so much like home, you will never want to leave!
 
Area Information:
St Martin offers more than 400 restaurants, a wide variety of water sports, horseback riding, sailing, night life with gambling casinos on the Dutch side and the best duty free shopping in the Caribbean. In addition to the usual luxury hotels and beach front rental condo properties there are hundreds of affordable rental villas and island vacation accommodations to meet the needs of any Caribbean vacation traveler. Day trips to the island of St Bart or Anguilla are a frequent excursion activity.

Fees & Taxes: 
Additional tax and service charges include daily maid service (except Sunday), airport pickup, rental car reservations with airport pick up and return or delivery to villa, 24/7 local assistance while on island, welcome gift, arrangements for chef service, restaurant reservations in high season, island concierge services before and during your stay. Tax & service charges vary by property and will be included in your final quote.
