Description

From the secured courtyard guests walk up a short stairway to enter the villa which is built on 1 level.
There is a very large sitting area and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen with bar that opens to the views... the living room opens to the terrace (partially covered) and pool, and a newly built gazebo. It features a large flat screen TV Bose sound system.
 
All 5 bedrooms are individually decorated with color schemes that represent the vibrant colors found in the amazing sunsets enjoyed from this west facing villa, including the elusive "green flash" that is sometimes seen the moment the sun dips below the water line in the horizon... a goose bump moment if you're lucky enough to experience it.
There are 3 king beds, a set of queen beds in 1 bedroom, and a set of twins in another...
 
Master Bedroom 1:
The Master Bedroom was decorated with the colors that represent the fire of the sunset with the dominant color being reds. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, Cable TV, air conditioning, direct view of the ocean and walk-in closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with a standing Italian style shower, sink hair dryer and toilet
 
Bedroom 2:
This bedroom has the color orange that is the most common color that we see during the dropping of the sun. This bedroom has two twin beds, air conditioning, cable TV and small closet. This room is perfect for kids to young adults. There is a bathroom that is at the entrance of property that also services as the bathroom for this bedroom. It is equipped with a single bowl sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
 
Bedroom 3:
This bedroom represents one of the rare colors that you will see at sunset, lavender. It was surprising to see this but it fits perfect into this room that has a king size bed great night table lighting and seating area for reading. The room has air conditioning, Cable TV, and walk in closet. The bathroom for this bedroom is across the hallway and has double sink a shower tub toilet and hair dryer.
 
Bedroom 4:
The fourth bedroom has a grey theme for the days that were not the best but still shows small color that is why the decorative pillows on the king size bed are bright yellow. The room has AC, Cable TV, and closet. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom equipped with single bowl sink, shower and hairdryer.
 
Bedroom 5:
The 5th bedroom represent the dazzle of the crystal clear water of the ocean as the sun reflects on it. The blue and the green represents the color of the ocean at sunset. This huge bedroom has two queen size beds, cable TV, air conditioning, and a closet. The ensuite in this room has double sinks and also tub/shower.
 
In addition to meeting your comfort needs, this beach front property comes with great amenities such as kayaks and paddle boards to allow guests to fully enjoy the ocean fun. No other place on this island will allow you to experience all that this fun island has to offer. 
 
A NOTE ABOUT THE BEACH... the amount of sand varies on Burgeoux Bay depending on the tides, weather, and currents.  It could have tons of sand or be rocky and require water shoes... we have seen it both ways... but, in either case, there are always lots of shells to find and it is a great snorkeling spot, not to mention offer an unobstructed view of the grand parade of boats, yachts, water toys and cruise ships that guests enjoy every day... Especially during the Heineken Regatta!! This villa is really awaiting your energy to create memorable moments.
