This property is unique. It is in the center of Grace Bay beach. It is a Beachfront property in Beaches Key West Village Resort. With all the security you need to feel safe with your children. But you can also shut the resort off with all the amenities of this spectacular house right at your doorstep with your own private pool. A beautiful fenced in backyard, a BBQ for cooking your own meals, a wonderful deck with outdoor table that seats eight to enjoy your wonderful home cooked outdoor meals. The second floor outdoor balcony boasts a spectacular circular room with table, bar table and bar for drinks and the best views for watching the most beautiful sunsets of your life

Villa Veranda


We just returned from a fabulous vacation at Villa Veranda. The house was great for our family of 9. It was extremely clean and and the location could not have been more perfect. The house was just as advertised. The owner of this property was extremely helpful and every restaurant she suggested was excellent. Hard to pick a favorite. This was a surprise trip for my husband\'s 70th birthday and Villa Veranda, the owner and beautiful Turks and Caicos made it a memory we will never forget. I highly recommend this house.

Wow!!


This vacation was the best we have ever had! We were two families, five children total, ages 10 and under. The Place is large, bright, well maintained and very clean. The staff greets you warmly and walks you to your door. They are available for any questions you have during your entire stay. The location is a dream, right on the beach! The private plunge pool is wonderful for little ones to cool off while we had lunch on the lovely veranda. We chose not to buy the all inclusive package from beaches, as we enjoy the fabulous food on the island, just a five minute walk away or ten min taxi. Taxi\'s are large vans so our party of nine easily fit in one vehicle. This private house has so many verandas you can chose shade or sun, depending on the time of day. Our favourite spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning was the upper deck overlooking the ocean!

Perfect family vacation at Villa Veranda


Our family, two one year olds(twins), a six year old and four adults, enjoyed a fabulous week at Villa Veranda. Perfectly situated, the Villa offers all of the amenities one needs, including a very friendly and welcoming staff. Anything we needed, or desired to do, could be obtained via the staff or on the beach. All we had to do was ask! That said, what I, the planner liked most, was that the owner, Michele, and the on-site staff followed through on all the Villa details, and delivered exactly what is in all the beautiful pictures and marketing descriptions. The various reviews are also very accurate and describe our experience. We enjoyed our family vacation so much that we have rebooked the Villa for the next Holiday season. Our only wish is that we could stay for two weeks instead of one!

Spectacular villa veranda!


We had a magnificent stay at villa veranda for 2 weeks. All of the comforts of home and just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We would have gladly stayed for 2 more! We stayed as a family of 6 and had room to spare. The house is immaculate and luxurious and we loved having 2 master suites as well as ensuites in each bedroom. Being located on the beaches property was a big plus as it made us feel very safe at all times. Walking distance to restaurants as well as a short drive to multiple IGA\'s (grocery store). The only thing to note is that you cannot use the beaches resort restaurants unless you purchase the all inclusive package directly from beaches. Wasn\'t an issue for us as we loved exploring all of the beautiful restaurants in Provo. One last thing to mention is that you\'re dealing with a truly exceptional landlord. Any questions or concerns are answered immediately. You are guaranteed a 5 star experience at villa veranda!

Absolutely Amazing


We stayed at Villa Veranda and had a wonderful time! The villa is just steps away from the beach. It locates within Beaches resort and so we could use the resort pools if we wanted to. Be aware that the property does not belong to Beaches resort; therefore you are allowed to use only Key West village\'s amenities but not the other villages\' of Beaches resort. Regardless, Key West has 2 pools and the beach is absolutely beautiful; banana boats and parasailing are available for rent right on the beach. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Michele\'s kitchen is fully equipped. We were able to cook for a few nights when we did not feel going out for dinner. Other nights we could just walk on the beach to restaurants of the near by hotels. This was our first time ever that we rented a place via a private owner. We travel a lot and usually book and stay at hotels. We stayed at Beaches resort twice in the past. This time we wanted a different experience; it gave us a freedom of choices for dinning (Beaches resort is all-inclusive) and definitely save lots of money!
