I am Dr. William Nelms, a retired physician. My wife and I live on Cayman Brac. In1997 my wife and I and my daughter, Kathy, and son-in-law, Dennis Rose, purchased land on the island and built a vacation home. Turtles occasionally came up on the beach and Cayman was very interested in protecting and cultivating turtles so we decided on the name Turtle Crossing for the house. We had been coming to Grand Cayman and, later, Cayman Brac for many years for diving and relaxation and we fell in love with the Brac, as I think you will if you decide to visit..When I retired several years later my wife and I decided to build a permanent home adjacent to TC. We moved in and have been very happy for a little over fifteen years.During that time we did vacation rentals for about three years but then decided to use the house just for guests and family; however as you can see we are returning it to the rental market. We have a fondness for TC and hope our visitors will enjoy it as much as we have over the years.William Nelms purchased this villa in 1997

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. The owners are attentive and house is fully equipped and has a lovely bar/grill area at the waters edge which is great. The location on the south side of the island is nice with the airport and grocery store just ten minutes away. We really enjoyed the patio in the evening and were lucky to see two turtles feeding in the shallows. It has two master suites and a third bedroom upstairs which is loft style. I would definitely stay there again. Excellent value.
