We have a full-size pool table, full-size air hockey, full-size tournament-grade ping pong table, foosball, stand-up multi-cade video arcade game, and corn hole game, checkers, and so much more. Dedicated stereo allows the kids to play their music off their smartphones or iPod. Hot tub is located in a private screened room with low level lighting. You will absolutely LOVE the convenience of this location to all attractions. Access to the Parkway is via stop light #1 in Pigeon Forge, so no long waits for an opening in traffic even when busiest. 
You are only 10 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, Dixie Stampede, and only 15-18 minutes from Gatlinburg (actual travel time depends on traffic). All major attractions are a short ride away. Yet you get to come home to peaceful serenity. The riverwalk leads you along the banks of the Little Pigeon River which wraps around the back and side of our neighborhood. Get a temporary license and go fishing!!.

My wife and I have worked hard all our lives, working two to three jobs or ministries at a time for most of our adult years. We fell in love with Pigeon Forge and its residents, and this neighborhood and our neighbors. Our eventual plan is to move to Pigeon Forge and work until we retire there.After visiting Pigeon Forge and this neighborhood in particular for several years in a row, we decided we wanted to own a home here. We live within an hour and a half of Myrtle Beach, but grew weary of vacationing alongside the party crowd. Pigeon Forge was the perfect family environment for us. We absolutely love this neighborhood and our neighbors, and feel it is one of Pigeon Forge's best kept secrets. We think you'll love it too!.
