It is furnished with some of the most comfortably furnishings and beds available - Posturpedic king and queen size beds. It offers both high speed internet and over 500, high definition TV channels for viewing. The home is decorated with vintage Hawaiian paintings & Hawaiian artwork to bring guests the experience of native Hawaiian culture . The fully stocked kitchen is a food lovers delight. The home is conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, great beaches and many of Kauai's best outdoor sights and adventure experiences.

Our family visit to Princeville and Alii Kai was excellent. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip in the winter.

Very nice breather from "the city"


The views and the atmosphere (sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks below) were not exaggerated. Very peaceful. Convenient location (and easy to find) too. Overall, just great.

Great location, nice space, beautiful view!


This is a lovely 2 bedroom condo in a small community a few minutes outside the center of Princeville. We stayed for 2 nights with 4 adults in February and it wasn\'t long enough. We spent our mornings whale watching and went on several local executions. We enjoyed our dinners on the cute little main streets, my husband loved the small path to a cave down below and our friends were sad they did not have time to take advantage of the tennis courts! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The kitchen has a good selection of pots and pans, there are not a lot is spices and extras. The place was super clean and their cleaning lady was awesome!

Great Place with a Great View


My family of 4 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful with an exceptional view of the ocean. We saw seabirds and whales from the balcony!

Majestic ocean views!


Really loved the majestic views, sounds of ocean waves and tropical winds. Wish we stayed a little more. The interiors are a bit old and needs some repair but we didn\'t care too much about it considering the real awesomeness of the place. We are coming back to this place whenever we get a chance.
