The villa its only 25 minutes away from Fajardo PR, where you can do tours for snorkeling, go kayaking to 1 out of the 5 bio-luminescent bays in the world, surfing, fishing, catamaran tours to Culebra Island, also in Fajardo you can take the ferry to Culebra or Vieques Islands and get to go to Flamenco which its the 3rd most beautiful beach in the world. Also the house its only 30 minutes away from the airport and San Juan which makes it a great location to be at, to go around the best places in Puerto Rico.

Awesome pool and hot tub that can be used as a fountain.


We had a total of 9 people that stayed in the house and it was very spacious for all of us. Owner was very informative on everything in the house. Had a couple questions and requests, which he responded very quickly. Great location to rain forest, beach and San Juan. The water in the jacuzzi overflowed into the pool as a fountain and both changed colors at night which was awesome. The moon came up over them and all of it was very tranquil. Nice size backyard with pool area, BBQ area and lots of chairs to hang out day or night. The shower in the master bedroom\'s bath was incredible. It was used by all of us in the house. Most relaxing vacation I have had in years! Make sure to ask how many bedrooms will be available to you. It is determined on how many people in your party. Owner was very willing to work with me to make sure we will all comfortable.

Nice big house perfect for large groups


This is a very nice home in a great location with lots of potential. The owner was very accommodating and responsive during the reservation process and quickly replied to inquiries during our stay. The house fit our party of 18 very well and it never appeared we had so many people at the house. The pool was gorgeous but no maintenance/cleaning during our stay quickly became a fight to shove the hundreds of bugs that felt the need to plunge into the pool until we found the net and cleaned it ourselves. The house had two indoor bathrooms but one, the guest room, had no pressure and loose water knobs so all 18 used the master bathroom. The gorgeous gazebo/kitchen looked just as nice as it did in the photo BUT nothing other than the sink worked. We had the use of a cheap portable BBQ to cook during the various family activities which quickly became a giant chore. That all said, we enjoyed our stay and would have loved to give the property a five star rating but couldn\'t in good conscious. With a little love, care and maintenance on the property I would definitely stay here again.

I booked this place for me and my twin sisters Birthday, January 20-23. Owner is very understandable and flexible with payment options. he broke mine down into 3 payments to make if fair for the group and especially since the payments were in the midst of Christmas holiday time. he accommodated his place for all 18 of my guests. The Pictures he has currently up does NO justice. it gives you this image of JUST OK... BUT when you get there and see his place in person, it blew me away.. it is absolutely Gorgeous. very beautiful kitchen. the House had Minor problems such as in the Master bathroom it was water leakage from the shower coming out on too the floors. the toilet in that room was not flooding, but it wouldn\'t flush without adding extra water in the toilet. The other bathroom, by the two rooms that tub was clogged so you were standing in your own dirty bath water but, nonetheless he got the tub fixed right away. still was having problems with the shower and Toilet but we worked with it! he still has Little fixes here an there to work on in the house but again it was all Minor stuff. The Pool table is VERY Fragile, needs a new one. Couldn\'t really use the pool at night because it was too cold. but going Zip Lining and ATV riding during the day in the hot sun sure was Perfect enough for the pool. I would recommend this housing to anyone with a large group. I would also recommend you bring your Own Towels and wash rags he doesn\'t supply that. and also if he would place RUGS on the floor of his bathrooms, stepping out of the shower on the floors with everybody made the floors wet. He has also a washer and Dryer, Not sure if the last group left there detergent but it was needed after ATV riding. GREAT PLACE!.
