Located on the Village Common, this lodge-style building offers spectacular condominium living for families and their friends. Guests and owners can ice skate on the Common pond, stroll over to Village shops and restaurants, or hit the slopes! A convenient private shuttle picks up at the heated garage and can transport the entire family. A heated patio allows year-round use of the swimming pool, outdoor sauna, and hot tubs.
 
Generous living areas with plenty of seating for guests are enhanced by interior details reflective of the lodge inspiration. Gas fireplaces warm each home in the winter and air-conditioning cools things down on warm summer nights. For longer stays, each home offers a washer and dryer. Separate owner storage and guest locker rooms are ideal for mountain gear storage.

We enjoy traveling and vacationing as a family and we look for places that are family centrist. We purchased this property in 2017 and spent 5 months renovating this and making several trips to make sure that our vacation home is outstanding with all the comforts and amenities! We have VRBO is Stratton Vermont as well as in Rincon PR. And we have been looking at Costa Rica for the past 3 years.... we feel like we have found the perfect, tranquil relaxing vacation get away that we love in this beautiful country! Great property, amazing location


Great property and location - 5 min walk to skiing and the town. Well furnished with fully equiped kitchen and plenty of room for all the guests. Heated garage and ski locker is a big plus for those coming in winter!

Carl and Shawn were the perfect hosts. their condo it\'s absolutely perfect and we would not hesitate to stay there again in fact, we are considering staying next year as well. The place is clean well-equipped and beautifully decorated. My granddaughter described it perfectly when she came for a visit and said \"This place is cozy\". We absolutely loved our stay and wish we had booked for longer than we were there. We have rented a lot of condos over the years and this by far was the nicest of all.
