Lovely, updated home, with three sun-drenched decks: one downstairs off the dining room perfect for grilling out, another upstairs off the master bed perfect for watching the sunrise or breakfast al fresco, and another off the second upstairs bedroom which is great for watching the sunset over Prime Hook Reserve. The living has a huge bay window for watching the beach and bay directly in front off the house. Or hop off the deck directly to the beach and wade in the water of the calm and shallow Delaware bay - great and safe for small kids and pets.
 
The house has three bedrooms. Master Bedroom (sleeps two) has one queen bed and a half bath, with a great view of the bay. The Second Bedroom (sleeps two) upstairs has two twin beds that can convert to one queen bed. There is a full bath between the Master and Second Bedrooms. Third Bedroom (sleeps two), on the first floor next to a full bath and the living room, has two twin beds that also convert to a queen bed. The Sun Room has a pullout sofa bed that could also sleep two, but no shades in the Sun Room, so this would only be for early-risers.
