Vacation with us in this beautiful beach house. You will be glad you did and you, like many others, will return year after year. Not only will you be able to relax to the nth degree, we provide plenty of comfortable sleeping options; namely, one BR has a highly sought after king bed, two BR's have a queen bed plus a twin bed, one BR with a queen bed and the 5th BR has a set of bunk beds with a trapeze bed. Everyone can be accommodated and be comfortable--from the grandparents, to the parents, to the children of all ages. It's an easy walk to the beach with great restaurants nearby plus shopping, golf, pier fishing, and fun for the kids. AND best of all a PRIVATE POOL with fantastic sunbathing lounge chairs. An outside bar for entertaining and relaxation plus an outside cooking area you don't find in most properties. Enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away or more than a dozen of golf courses in a 30 minute drive or less. Fishing, swimming, beach, golf, great food-something for every member of the family!.

Our homes is available to families. Responsible person must be at least 25 years old. Please--no sorority, fraternity, student or retreat groups. House parties and overcrowding are not permitted. Smoking inside and pets are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in additional fees, eviction and loss of all monies paid.
 
$500 deposit at booking, 50% of remaining balance due 6 months prior to arrival, balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Major credit cards are accepted for online bookings only; otherwise, payment by peronal check is required.

Ideal place on Ocean Isle


We had a wonderful time during our week at 34 Private Drive. The beach is a direct easy walk. The pool with privacy fenced surrounding area is such a great gathering place. The house and amenities are excellent. I highly recommend it for those staying at Ocean Isle and we hope to be back next year to repeat the good time.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! DON’T MISS OUT ON STAYING HERE! We recently had an opportunity to stay here. It has EVERYTHING you will need or want. If you are looking for a very nice, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, safe, minutes from the ocean, gorgeous pool, spacious, great sleeping arrangements, completely stocked kitchen, conveniently located to nice restaurants and shops, free wifi, and nice screened in porch with rockers on the front porch to enjoy the beautiful views, THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! DON’T MISS OUT! We had our entire family (15 people) come and we all had plenty of room since it is so spacious. We had a great time and I am sure you will too. We were beyond pleased with this place and will definitely stay here again. We would highly, highly recommend this place! DON\'T MISS OUT!

Great Family Vacation Home !!!!!!


Had a wonderful time on our family vacation. Home had everything we needed for a relaxing week in walking distance to the beach. Spent the evenings on the beach with kids hunting for crabs and waiting for turtle nests to hatch. Kids loved the salt water pool. Home is well maintained. Our first time visiting OIB. Would love to return next year. Recommend for families. We had a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room. Eat dinner at Sugar shack... great food. Long wait. They take reservations for 5pm only, must make 2 days in advance. Make the reservation... its worth it. The wait was terrible. Zip lining, pier fishing and mini golf near by.
