Description

Two storey villa with spectacular views over the Ria de Villaviciosa and 350 meters from Rodiles beach (4 minutes walking). For 10 people, excellently equipped and with all comforts. See opinions in "Rest of host reviews" (they are from the same house).
 
The space
In a very quiet area, double Villa with two floors that almost look like two complete apartments (but they are a single house)
Upper floor: Kitchen, living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terrace with barbecue, solarium and two dining tables.
Bottom floor: Kitchen-living room with grill (indoor barbecue) and two sofa beds, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with individual infrared sauna, cellar and storage (with many games), furnished porch with sofas, heaters, benches and seesaws and zones solarium with sun loungers and garden.
The two floors are linked by the interior staircase (with a door for independence - without a key) and by the exterior.
All rooms are double, 4 of them with television. In addition, the house has a cinema and Wi-Fi area of great quality throughout the house.
1.200 meters farm with fruit trees and garden areas. Outside shower at the entrance to the beach. Parking area for 4 vehicles. Alarm and safe.
Fully equipped (used all year as a home and only rented when its owners do not have it). Both kitchens have a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob (one of induction), washing machine and are fully equipped with all the necessary household and electrical appliances. In addition there is thermomix, dryer, ice maker, Roomba, Nespresso, grills and gas paelleros, BluRay 3D player, DVD, XBOX, PlayStation 4 with Virtual Reality helmet, Netflix accounts on both floors and lots of games, games table, 3D movies, inflatable kayaks, two bicycles, ... Of course, sheets, towels, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels and all the necessary textiles are provided in the home, as well as kitchen equipment, with all kinds of appliances , and bathroom.

We are ten friends who spent a wonderful weekend in this magnificent house on the beach of Rodiles, the house does not lack even the smallest detail, has a super complete equipment, the rooms are great, with incredible views of the estuary , not to mention the terraces of both floors, super recommended, you will feel at home!
