New lowered occupancy levels effective January 1, 2017. This Disney themed home (REG2014-00134, Anaheim Rental Alliance Member) is much more than a vacation property. Your entire family will enjoy the in-ground pool with rock slide and waterfalls, the 4-hole mini golf, and the outdoor BBQ grill and dining area. Your kids will especially enjoy the retro-style Mickey clubhouse, Disney-themed entertainment area (with karaoke, movies, bean bags, stage), Undersea bedroom (with Nemo, Ariel, and castle) and 'Neverland' bedroom (with Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Pirate ship). Gather the family around the 55 inch HDTV flatscreen in the living room for Movie Night (DVD Movie Library, cable TV). You can see Disneyland fireworks from the park across the street. Other conveniences provided, like wireless internet access, washer/dryer, gorgeous kitchen, dining room table, new furniture throughout and much, much more!.

This is a very safe neighborhood and very central to a lot of attractions (Disneyland, Angel Stadium, Honda Center, Hunting Beach, Newport Beach, Staple Center, Legoland, etc). Anaheim does have a noise ordinance ranging from 10pm to 9am. No loud noises during that time period and if there are complaints you can be fined. The Renter's fine violation by the City of Anaheim is as follows:Minor Guest Violation - $200 fineMajor Guest Violation - $500 finePlease also note that taxes for the City of Anaheim is just not on the nightly rate so changes in the tax amount for any given quote can change. Also, credit card fees may apply.

Great house for our big family!


Our family loved this house! We have 5 kids and there was plenty of room (we even had an unused bed) this was so much easier than having all the kids crammed into a hotel room. The house was clean and had everything we needed!

Amazing stay all around


This house has it all - gorgeous pool and slide, BBQ and lit bar area, and putting green. Not to mention a well appointed house with everything you would need for a vacation. House could easily accommodate 2 families. Kori was unbelievably responsive, helping us with groceries and travel times to the airport, and general questions about out stay. Kids loved the house and the little touches as much as Disney.

Great place for kids. Our girls loved the playhouse and the water slide was awesome.
