The entrance opens into a formal dinning area and kitchen. No expense has spared on the appliances or the design. The living room has a 70" TV with a full library of DVD's and blue rays, there's also a PS4, Apple TV, Amazon fire stick TV and Alex for your enjoyment.

The ground floor has a master bedroom with a California king bed and 49" curved smart TV. The master bathroom includes floor to ceiling views of the Pacific Ocean with an amazing shower and large Jacuzzi bath tub.

There is direct access to the patio and pool/bar, Jacuzzi, BBQ, deck chairs & outdoor shower. The double edge infinity pool creates a breathtaking view. The stone fasade blends perfectly with the surrounding hills and gives the outdoor area a feeling of being part of nature.

The upstairs has two more bedrooms and a workstation and all the rooms have their own access to a balcony that overlooks the pool area and ocean. The workstation has a breakfast bar where you can make your morning coffee or smoothie or a snack. The guest bedroom has a generous size walk in closet and on suite bathroom. There is a second master bedroom with a California King bed and 48" smart TV. The bathroom is identical to the one downstairs.

The Best


This house was unbelievable. I literally could not stop staring at the pool and the view. My wife and three kids absolutely loved it also. You could actually never leave the back deck pool area since there is also an outdoor kitchen by the pool with swim up bar. The inside of the house has everything you could possibly need and then some. Everything is top notch. My kids loved playing with Alexa. This house is perfect for a family that wants lots of room or for couples. Each bedroom has awesome views of the ocean and the feeling of being in the middle of the forest with all the trees. Marvin and Pam made our vacation easy. They were a text away at all times. We used their advice on tours and a chef. If this is your budget and area where you want to stay, don\'t even think about another house.

Costa Rican Paradise


Our family of 4 stayed a week in this beautiful 3 bedroom home. It is spacious with tremendous views from every room. It has leather furniture throughout. We enjoyed grilling by the pool while watching exquisite sunsets. The evenings are quiet as this cove has a curfew. But, for night life it is only a ten minute drive to the next cove. It is a short walk/ride to the beach. Stay alert and see the monkeys in the trees.

Simply Beautiful


My visit was in Mid December; the house was beautiful! There was so much natural light coming in from the many windows and the view from the upstairs bedroom I was in was amazing! This home is in a quiet, gated community and within driving distance to other eventful places such as the Congo Trails for zip lining and Sun Burst Coffee as well as a good walk down to the nearest beach. Great home at a great location, I highly recommend the stay.

Costa Rican "House of Dreams"


In November 2016 we were very fortunate to stay at the beautiful and luxurious Casa del Suenos in the private community of Hermosa Heights, located in the town of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste Region of Costa Rica. This lovely property is situated on the side of a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean and is within walking distance of the beach and a short 20 minute drive to the international airport in Liberia. Playa Hermosa is a quiet community situated on a beautiful beach. You have the option of many activities close by such a zip lining through the jungle or talking a catamaran out to snorkel in the beautiful waters or you can choose to relax and watch the sun set and listen to the sounds of the jungle. Casa del Suenos has every amenity we were looking for. We had the privacy we were looking for yet just minutes from the city lights of Playa del Coco. There are two master bedrooms and one smaller bedroom all of which have full view of the ocean and open up to the deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. Both master suites have oversized bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and separate shower along with large vanity areas. There are very large closets in both masters. Also upstairs is a small kitchenette/bar area equipped with a mini fridge and sink. Downstairs we were delighted to have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is also a large formal dining area and den with a wide screen TV and comfy leather sofas. As you go outside onto the patio, you are met with the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean as you lounge in the comfortable patio furniture. There is a very large covered outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and grill at your disposal. As you slip into the amazing infinity pool, you can swim over to the pool bar for a cold drink to sip on while your are lounging in the pool and enjoying the peace and quiet. Casa del Suenos has all of the comforts of home while you are on your vacation in beautiful Hermosa Beach, Costa Rica. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation as this property, and town truly live up to its name, Hermosa, which means \"Beautiful\". Casa del Suenos will be your \"HOUSE OF DREAMS\"!

Casa De Los Suenos was absolutely perfect for us! It’s located in the neighborhood of Hermosa Heights, Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica which is only a short 30 minute drive from Liberia International Airport and 5 minutes from the beach.
