Sandpearl Resort is a prestigious 4-star diamond luxury hotel that offers a beach-level salt water heated swimming pool. The money you save on our nightly rates can be well spent at Sandpearl Resort's Tates Island Grill with beach front & pool side casual dining, Caretta on the Gulf, which is Clearwater's only 4-Diamond beachfront fine dining restaurant, or the 10,000 square feet Sandpearl Spa and luxury salon, which is a great place to relax and be pampered can not can be charged to the suite and there is no daily maid service. 

Sandpearl Resort is LED-certified and entirely non-smoking. This includes all balconies. Each Suite is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. A daily cleaning service is available for a fee during the course of your stay. Arrival date check in time 3:00pm and departing date check out time is 11:00am.

Beautiful condo unit with amazing views.


Really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Pearl in Clearwater Beach. The views of the Gulf and the Intracoastal waterways were incredible. It was a quiet, relaxing weekend. Great restaurants on the property.

Beautiful beach, condo and friendly staff.


The unit is perfect, although we spent very little time inside. It was nice to be able to have coffee on the balcony in the morning then walk the beach. Lunch at the Sandpearl was exceptional and it was so nice not to have to leave the resort in the middle of the day. We ventured out for great dinners within walking distance. We took the hotel shuttle service to dinner Saturday, the valet called and made reservations for us and picked us up promptly when finished. We checked out this morning and picked up our car from the valet attendant and they gave us cold bottled water for the ride to the airport.

Perfect location and facilities


We were in Clearwater for a week attending a wedding. This location was fantastic. The hotel was attentive to every need as was the owner. Everything within walking distance. The suite felt like home. We will be back.

Amazing, relaxing vacation in pristine hotel and condo


We had another fantastic vacation at the Sandpearl. The hotel is impressive and the amenities are plenty. Our children loved the pool, nightly movies, and easy access to the beach. We loved the poolside service and convenience of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo is in great condition. You get the best of both worlds-- condo prices and kitchen area with hotel amenities and service. The condo was very clean and felt \"new\". You have a great view of the ocean and bay. My only \"complaint\" is that it looks into a restaurant parking/dumpster area and was very loud one night. I knew this going in as we have stayed in another room on this side of the hotel before and it is NOT enough to sway me from staying here again. Treat yourself to the Sandpearl. It is an upscale and swanky hotel. The Alfriend condo makes it affordable to enjoy a true vacation in a premium resort.
