We have stayed at Windsor Hills and Windsor at Westside previously and this was by far the best taken care of property; the carpets and furniture were in excellent shape and well cared for. We paid for the pool heating which was totally worth it and the kids enjoyed the pools toys and the game room. Do remember to bring your pool towels though. The best part of this property is the owners who were super helpful, very responsive, and flexible when a Nor’easter forced us to have to stay in Florida for a few more days! I highly recommend this property!
Jenna was a pleasure to communicate with and the management company was easy to reach. The security guards of the gated community were very friendly and we felt very safe. My daughter and son in law jogged from the house to the gym on some evenings. Jenna\'s home was beautiful. There were only five of us, four adults and one child (one adult had to cancel last minute), so we didn\'t use one child\'s bedroom or the downstairs bedroom and bath. The rooms were nicely decorated. My family loved the pool, jacuzzi and just lounging around outside as well as the game room. I recommend any one with little children to get the swim vests with floaties attached that they sell at Target. With that, my two year old grandson was able to get in and out of the pool on his own (with supervision) but we didn\'t have to worry and constantly hold him. The locking gate to the pool area was great to have as well. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked in and ate out at restaurants as well as ordered delivery one night. The only thing I would recommend would be some seasonings for cooking and SOS pads to clean the pots. Overall our stay was very relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. Jenna\'s home is near everything (there are also beaches within an hour or two). We didn\'t do Disney but thoroughly loved Universal and the local attractions. I would without a doubt recommend Jenna\'s home to anyone looking for a home away from home.

This is the second time we stayed at Jenna\'s house, this time we invited two other couples. We had a fantastic stay. The two couples were surprised at the size of the house and how beautiful the villa was decorated. This was their first experience at a Homeaway house; they were really blown away, they loved it. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were amazing and relaxing. We had a baby with us and the house was equipped with a playpen, high chair even a stroller. We all had a wonderful time. Great location and comfortable house. Jenna was great to deal with and made the process seamless. Thank you for a great stay. We will return next year.
We stayed for nine nights in your beautiful house and liked it very much. After a long trip from Iceland it was nice to lay down in good beds. We really felt like we were home away from home. Everything was in place and the kitchen fully equipped. The kids played in the pool from early in the morning and in the game room in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay and all preparation before the stay was easy because of good and fast answers from Jenna. This is the second time that we stay in the Winsor Hills neighborhood and really like it.
