Description

Spacious and comfortable, this home has a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for family gatherings and spending time together.  "The Arches" is located on an easy sloping lot down to the dock, with no steps. The dock has 1 boat slip available for the renters' use as well as a swim dock with ladder. Scenic rock ledge leads into the water, on either side of the dock. There is a ramp on the property, but it should not be used. The nearest boat launch is Rock Creek Marina.
 
Expansive deck overlooking the water, with a shaded as well as a sunny portion, and plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the view! There is a nice Weber 22.5" charcoal grill for the renter's use.
 
Main level and upstairs (no basement use - closed off for owner's use), with 3 bedrooms on the main level and one bedroom upstairs. Also, upstairs there is a playroom/bunk room with king size bed and full size bed and 6 floor mats for additional sleeping.  Ping pong table upstairs in play room.
 
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed on main level - with bath
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed on main level, and 1 twin bed- with bath
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed on main level - with bath
Bedroom 4: King size bed upstairs - with full bath
Bunk/Play room (upstairs):  King size bed and a full size bed
Additional sleeping on floor mats (6).
 
Direct TV service. No Internet. No WiFi. Limited cell service at properties on the lake.
  
Peak Season (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept 5 night rentals only for Peak Season through April.  May 1, we reduce the minimum nights to a three (3) night minimum for the rest of the peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week. Off-peak season: 3 night min.

Smith Lake Rentals and Sales primary focus is the traditional vacation rental business. We bring together owners and guests for a win-win scenario for both parties. Owners get the benefit of recognizing income and deducting expenses from their lake property. Guests get the opportunity to experience Smith Lake from the properties equipped with the comforts of home along with many other amenities. This experience goes well beyond the experience of one of the area motel rooms.
