AWESOME Double Decker Dock with Swim Pier! Kids and Adults alike will love jumping off this double decker dock into water 45 feet deep! There are eight chaise/lounge chairs and six wrought iron regular chairs on the dock and plenty of room for sunning.
 
This property is perfect for a large family or big group of friends. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, with a gameroom. Gameroom has a pool table and flat screen TV. DVD player in lower level game room. Ice Maker  located at end of bar in the kitchen. Lots of sitting room on the deck overlooking beautiful Lewis Smith Lake.

No boat slip available but plenty of room to tie up to the dock (see pictures). Boat ramp in neighborhood for easy access launching your boat.
 
AT&T and Verizon cell service is good.
DIRECT TV service, with the Choice package.
Wired internet and WIFI. Streaming OK.
 
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept 5 night rentals only for Peak Season through April.  Beginning May 1, we will begin accepting bookings for a  three (3) night minimum for the rest of the peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week.  4th of July week has a 5 night minimum.  OFF-PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Owners get the benefit of recognizing income and deducting expenses from their lake property. Guests get the opportunity to experience Smith Lake from the properties equipped with the comforts of home along with many other amenities. This experience goes well beyond the experience of one of the area motel rooms.
