This gorgeous 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom house is located in the gated Peninsula neighborhood on Brushy Creek in Houston, Alabama.  This house sleeps 8 in beds and 12 max.  Spacious upper and lower porches overlooking beautiful Lewis Smith Lake!  A second basement has an additional living area, small kitchenette, and eating area.   There are a number of steps but they are easy down as they are broken up by muliple landing areas.  
 
This house features some of the best views on the lake and Brushy Creek is a popular skiing area becuase of reduced traffic.

Bedroom 4: Queen size bed
 
Additional sleeping on sleeper sofa upstairs.
 
DISH television service, AT& T serivce is good.
No WiFi internet.
 
Dock has swim pier with a ladder and 2 boat slips available for renters' use.
 
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): no Sat to Sat rentals. We accept 5 night rentals only for Peak Season through April.  Beginning May 1, we will begin accepting bookings for a  three (3) night minimum for the rest of the peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week.  4th of July week has a 5 night minimum.  OFF-PEAK SEASON: 2 night min. (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas).
