This cottage is located a mere steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The property is completely renovated and features a gourmet kitchen - Sub Zero Refrigerator, Wolf Range, Uline Undercounter ice maker, GE Monogram wine cooler, custom cabinets, and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to enjoy. The adjacent dining table seats 6 comfortably.
 
The master bedroom features a king bed with a private entrance to the screened porch. The first guest room is equipped with a queen bed and the second guest room features two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions and DirectTV access. The bathrooms feature walk in showers with rain shower heads, glass enclosures and granite countertops.
 
The family room offers comfortable seating in addition to a flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo system. We also offer Wi-Fi and free local and domestic phone service.
 
Outside, you can enjoy meals on the screened porch, or listening to the waves from the rocking chairs on the deck. The beautiful live oaks surround the home and offer the perfect wooded environment. We also have provided a gas grill on the deck for your enjoyment.

Perfection at the beach!


We couldn’t have asked for a better place to ring in the new year!! No detail is left undone. From the perfectly stocked chefs kitchen, including a wine fridge, to the beautifully decorated and very cozy bed rooms. We woke rested and ready to head for the beach, which is just steps away. It was evident to us that Karen has gone the extra mile to make sure her guests have the perfect stay. Any questions we had, she was very quick to respond. I would absolutely recommend this property and look forward to our next stay here!

A Kiawah Treasure


We have been visiting Kiawah since 2000. Last year was our first stay at this property, and we happily returned. It has so much going for it. It is lovely! The amenities are many (gas stove, ice maker, well-stocked kitchen, wide screen TV in LR, nearly new gas grill, etc.) It is steps from the beach. Most importantly, the owner is a renter\'s dream. Nice does not begin to describe her. She is exceptionally hospitable and responsive. We look forward to returning!

Ideal Kiawah Location


This is a great location for all Kiawah has to offer. It is a short walk to the beach, Turtle Point golf course, the Sanctuary and the Tennis Center. The villa has been impressively remodeled and has all the amenities needed to make yourself at home away from home. The owner\'s communication and hospitality is second to none. A great experience all the way around.

Perfect Kiawah Rental


This is the perfect Kiawah vacation rental! The location is very close to the beach and bike paths and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The house is fully updated and the owner\'s hospitality is beyond exceptional. We have stayed in many different rental properties and this is by far our favorite. We will definitely be back!
