Casa Del Mar Bonito offers Zen-like resplendence right on the white sands of the Mexican Caribbean. You will be located in Playa Secreto, or “Secret Beach,” a gated community situated on perhaps the most beautiful glistening ocean front in the Mayan Riviera. The sands stretch for about a mile with about fifteen private villas lining the beach. Come discover this hidden tropical getaway!.
 
The forty-five foot pool is surrounded by fountains, gardens, lounge areas, tables and a marvelous “in-pool” lounge. The pool is located in an unobservable courtyard to provide maximum privacy. The living room contains a sixty-two inch TV and an entertainment center with DVD player, iPod dock, surround sound theater system and satellite TV. You will also find a beautiful bar adjacent to a six chair game table. The room is open, airy and offers a spectacular view of the ocean and the pool.
 
Your reservation includes daily housekeeping, property managers, kitchen help (cutting, cleaning, preparing drinks or snacks) and pre-stocking according to your wishes (at your expense) as well as a complimentary grocery shopping service (at your expense).
 
The exclusive custom made interiors and design of Casa Del Mar Bonito blend an eclectic variety of features including marble sculptures and fountains from Beijing, mosaic marble floors from Bali, hand carved mahogany doors from Indonesia and a conservatory brick domed ceiling completed by Mexican artisans. The pool tile was produced in Japan, and the glass shower doors hand etched in Java. The chef’s kitchen features state of the art appliances and granite counter tops. A ruby red, crystal chandelier from India adds to the romantic atmosphere around the beautiful mosaic marble top dining table.
 
Four magnificent and stately bedrooms with sturdy and decorative wooden frames accommodate up to eight guests at Casa Del Mar Bonito. All of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and a rich variety of perks. The master suite takes up the entire second floor and is accessed via a marble stairway that leads to a balcony overlooking the conservatory floor.
 
Playa Secreto is a gated sanctuary where you will find a beautiful residential community where villa owners are committed to preserving the area as an immaculate luxury destination. Nearby activities include deep sea fishing, cave diving, Mayan ruins, jungle and canopy tours and horseback riding. They met in Playa del Carmen when Hana was visiting the Mayan Riviera on vacation, escaping the New York winter. It wasn't before long that Hana was moving where Enrique was, becoming a yoga and meditation master, retreat organizer, continuing to compete in Ironman triathlon at an elite level. Enrique is an investment banker and serial entrepreneur. They spend time between Monterrey and Playa del Secreto, Mexico, San Francisco and the French Riviera.Enrique Collado purchased this house in 2015

Fabulous Property On Pristine Beach


Casa Del Mar Bonito sits on the best beach we have ever experienced in Mexico. As pristine as the Cancun beaches, but with a smaller surf which makes playing in the ocean perfect. The house is laid out well with privacy for all bedrooms - the master encompasses the entire second floor. Tile work throughout the house is magnificent. The pool is within a beautiful garden area at the front of the house rather than on the beach. We found this to be a really nice, quiet area to relax after getting so much sun in the ocean. And the tile work here is also great, especially the built-in tile loungers. The owners provide a ton of towels and kitchen dishes, etc. Even set out some \"Off\" bug lotion which we should have used before walking the beach at night. There\'s no such thing as perfection, though and there are a few items that one wishes could be improved. In this case, the house sits between a vacant lot and a boarded up structure that was either a house or a small hotel. The beach location has taken it\'s toll on some of the home\'s appliances and fixtures. And the staff of 4 is still being trained by the owner to provide guests with a first class experience. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!


The house was beautiful and the beach was incredible. We were very impressed with Betty, (she is an amazing cook and house manager) and the rest of the staff were also excellent! Everything was top of the line, it was way more than we expected. One of the best vacations we have taken. We will definitely be going back and relax in this beautiful villa.

I hesitate to write such a great review about this house because I want it to be available whenever I want it... but... this place is fantastic. Beautiful home, great pool, amazing beach, and amazing staff. Betty runs the house during the day, and she is so helpful and an amazing cook! Suzanne is great with coordinating the trip and Ernesto, the owner, called us a few times to make sure we were doing ok. 1 million stars!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY


My family and I enjoyed fully this magnificent property for a week. The house was in excellent condition, the staff very efficient and everything worked out perfectly. Bedrooms and baths are ample and comfortable as well as the dining, kitchen and lounge areas. The pool is surrounded by nice palms and tropical trees with a gorgeous fountain. The pristine sandy beach, just steps away from the house is very safe for adults and children. If you wish to relax and enjoy a perfect and tranquil vacation, Casa del Mar Bonito is just the place you look for. We will surely return to this Caribbean paradise next year. Beautiful Villa with stunning private beach!!


We arrived there on July 1st to spend a week. Amazing house on a wonderful beach. Everything was fantastic we really enjoyed every corner of the house. Betty and her staff were very attentive, great hosts. Betty is a great cook!!! We very much enjoyed her ceviche and panuchos. The house has many spaces to spread out and relax: of course the beautiful white-sand beach, a wooden palapa with some hamacas to chill out, the pool with plenty of outdoor furniture, and several terraces and balconies. I cannot say enough good things about our experience at CMB and would recommend it to anyone who wants a fantastic and memorable vacation.
