Villa 121 has been our home for 7 years during which time it has been completely renovated and upgraded. We have moved to a home on Fripp and 121 is once again available for rental.. A first floor, corner unit with no steps to climb and reserved parking at the door, it sits in the heart of the island with Ocean, Pools, Fitness Center, Beach Club, Food Court and Tennis Courts all a 3 minute walk away. A spacious, non-smoking villa with a beautiful view of the courtyard and ocean from the kitchen, living room and dining room, it has a king-size bed, large walk in closet, a queen sleeper sofa and two flat screen TV's. Both kitchen and bathroom have been renovated with new appliances and fixtures.
