Description

Your family and friends will enjoy this Oceanside home with Large Private in-ground pool 6' deep. Only a short 5 minute walk to tennis courts and our beautiful wide sandy beach which has a lifeguard posted at your beach entrance. No main roads to cross. Like walking, running, jogging or cycling you are a short walk to our new greenway walkway which is 4 miles long.
 
Close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, sight seeing etc. Linens included, there are beach towels in the home for your use. The Sandbox has two very large great rooms one on the ground floor looking out at the pool and the second one on the top floor, each with television. 1st fl, Great room, bedroom, laundry room and bath. 2nd fl. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, third fl. Spacious Great Room, Dining Room, 1/2 bath and Kitchen. Large decking. Outdoor shower, Kettle BBQ, beach
 
Washer and Dryer, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, Books, and games.
 
Newly improved parking on property For 3 cars. Provided in addition to linens we will supply a starter pack of toilet tissue, paper towels, dish and dishwasher detergent.

Great house in a great location!


We had a wonderful week in Corolla, and truly enjoyed staying at the Sandbox! It\'s located close enough to everything, but far enough away to remain serene. The house is beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, and having the pool was an added bonus.

Convenient and spacious and super close to the beach


The house had everything we needed including well stocked kitchen supplies, lots of towels, beach chairs, plenty of seating and space for all 10 of us to hang out, etc. Eileen has thought of everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. We brought extra pillows because we never have enough when we travel but we didn\'t need them here. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Eileen!

The Sandbox


Lovely house, super-clean, sunny and welcoming with a wonderful pool. A couple of comments: 1) there were hardly any hooks in the bathrooms or bedrooms to hang dressing-gowns, towels etc. 2) We all found the mattresses rather hard: so when the time comes for renewal, something softer might be considered. But overall terrific.

Nice place. Close to the beach


The house was clean and neat. It is really close to the beach which is important for families with small kids. The pool was very nice as well. Eileen was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Eileen!

Secind year favorite!


This is our second year staying here and we loved every minute of it! It was spacious enough that no one was on top of each other but yet still cozy enough to be together. The new addition downstairs is gorgeous! The pool was spacious enough to fit two families. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals or enjoy take out. The beach is a very close walk and there are plenty of chairs and beach buggy\'s for all your items. Eileen is more than accommodating with checking in, reminding us about garbage or just driving by and waving.
