Beautiful views from this well maintained second-floor unit at Watercrest. Unit has two master bedrooms (with king-size beds & private baths) that open onto the large balcony and the view from the living room is incredible.
 
You can enjoy the sunrise or sunset from the balcony or relax in the comfort of the living room as you enjoy a DVD or movie from the movie library (over 100 dvd's/VHS tapes). The third bedroom has two queen size beds. Closet is stocked with water toys, boogie boards and board games for the family to enjoy. Feel free to use them, just make sure the kids bring them back in!!!!
 
Complex has a fitness area located just across the 2nd floor breezeway. The pool area has a hot tub and kiddie pool. There's a tennis court, a shuffle board court and a handball court.
 
My goal is to make unit 207 at Watercrest your vacation destination! You will enjoy one of the most relaxing vacations of your life.
 
Families and retirees welcome. NO SMOKING & NO PET unit. Book early, summer weeks fill up fast due to the low floor and GREAT views!
 
Located on the east side of Thomas Drive. Peak season rentals are Saturday thru Saturday. Check In 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m.

50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.

Cleaning Fee $160    Parking Fee $40 - 2 cars for the week      Resort Fee $40    Taxes 12.5% of rent

WE ONLY RENT OUR UNIT SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING SPRING AND SUMMER MONTHS. WE DO NOT SPLIT WEEKS OR RENT ON OTHER SCHEDULES BECAUSE IT CREATES OVERLAPS IN RENTAL DATES FOR GUEST
NON SMOKING unit. If you smoke in the unit you will forfeit the security deposit.
Complex requires a renter of 25 years of age in each rental unit. If you violate this policy and are evicted you will not receive a refund.

I wanted to stay longer


My family really enjoyed the condo. At one point it started to go sour but divine intervention stepped in, and all was perfectly well again. I loved the condo\'s location to the beach as wells to bottom floor. It was perfectly positioned for a perfect view of the beach. I will stay there again, and I\'m definitely telling my friends about this location and HomeAway. My family ask if we could stay longer.

Perfect beach getaway


I stay at this condo several times each year. It is the perfect beach getaway. Spacious unit, new furnishings and super comfortable mattresses.

Comfy condo right on the beach!


My third stay here and the owners just make it easier every time I rent. The views are amazing and the beach is always a perfect getaway. You\'ll appreciate the low floor and only 1 level of stairs and the private elevator that services floors 1-6 at this complex. Fighting the elevator crowds at other complexes can just ruin a good vacation.
