The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will comfortably sleep 6 people. This 3 level home with a large number of windows and cathedral ceilings creates a very open bright atmosphere. Both a wraparound deck which covers 2 1/2 sides of the home and a large patio allow you to enjoy the outdoors and provide a splendid panoramic view of the lake.
The 2nd floor loft consists of a large master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Pull down blinds allows privacy to the downstairs livingroom below.The ensuite contains both a shower and jacuzzi tub. The main floor contains a spacious livingroom with vaulted cedar ceilings and has a large leather sectional couch, an efficient sealed fireplace and an entertainment centre featuring an Led flatsceen T.V. The level also contains the kitchen/dining room with a good size birch table and a well equiped kitchen for the cook in your group. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are situated as well on the main level . The basement walkout level is mostly unfinished but contains the fourth smaller finished beroom with 3 bunk beds and is more suited for kids. A ping pong table and a 2nd T.V are located in this area as well.
The one acre property is wooded and provides a private quiet setting. Facilites include a large floating dock used for boating , swimming, or fishing. A kayak, and canoe are provided as well as lifejackets. The lake has Bass, Pike, and Lake Trout. Extras include an enclosed fire pit situated on the patio offering the warmth of a campfire on a cool night. Air conditioning is available for those hot humid days of summer. In the winter a sealed fireplace provides a comfortable relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy. Whatever your preference: hiking, biking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, bird watching, star gazing, golfing , skiing or just relaxing, Dam Lake (and it's surrounding area) has it all.
