I live within 20 min. form the home, my help and additional property manager is 7 min. from the home away. We speak German, French, English, and Italian.

Cancellation:
50% of your Rental-Payment is refundable before 61 days of your arrival. Remaining Balance is due prior to your arrival date.
No refund within 30 days of arrival. Full Rent is due if we do not find a replacement guest.
