Located away from the hussel and bussel of the big city's and big communities around the globe. This is the spot to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying everything nature has to offer at its best.
We just returned home from staying in lavender 4 bedroom home. This trip totally exceeded our expectations. The deck and tropical breezes are the best. Each morning we enjoyed coffee looking out over the extraordinary turquoise water. Our family of 5 was extremely comfortable in the home. Ulrisa was available to us whenever we needed her and otherwise we rarely saw her. We rented a 17\' whaler from bread boy for the week and explored all over. We had Kobe, their son, as a guide the first day then we were comfortable on our own given our knowledge of boating. I think this is important if you plan on being extra adventurous as we were venturing to various cays within the land and sea park as well as going south to little farmers (loved Ty\'s there and turtles). We saw all kinds of sea life (sharks, fish galore, Rays, etc). It\'s like the beaches of St. John and the water of Belize but what sets it apart is the ability to explore so many small islands and completely empty beaches! We literally were the only people on exquisite beaches day after day...amazing. We jumped in the water and snorkeled place after place. Coral gardens, sea aquarium, far side at sand bar, etc. After a very full day on the water we loved coming back to our home away from home on black pointe. This is the perfect spot and Ulrisa and breadboy are wonderful to deal with from the house to the boat. It does require some extra work in regards to food. We packed a bunch of meat on dry ice and arranged for water and produce to be delivered...its so worth it though. If you like adventures and love snorkeling and boating and don\'t need a night life or fine dining restaurants and prefer not to be surrounded by oodles of people then black point and the exumas is for you. We are prayerful that we will return again to this peaceful and most beautiful place again soon!
