Located at the fastest growing and most inclusive resort in Okoboji, with Lake Access and boat hoist space available. 2018 Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) is booking up fast but there are still great dates left. I also have a boat hoist for an extra charge. The cabin has 3 Bedrooms and a Loft acting as a fourth bedroom. 4 Large Flat Screen Tv's W/Cable and free WiFi. Includes 6 free Water Park Passes W/big discounts on additional passes. We also own 2 Similar Places near-by.

The space
We purchased our first cabin in 2016 and have enjoyed making memories for our family as well as allowing others to use it and make memories with theirs. We have enjoyed it so much that we decided to get another one in the same wonderful resort. We just purchased this cabin in June of 2017, it was built in 2016. Although we purchased it turnkey we are adding many extras to make it fun and comfortable for both kids and adults. Get you spot reserved today as it will fill up fast. Each Bedroom has a large Flat Screen TV and DVD or Blue Ray Player. Netflix and Vudu streaming also available for use with access to thousands of Movies. Full Fridge and stocked kitchen, Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher in Unit, 4 HDTV's in unit with Blue Ray Players and Internet Capabilities for streaming, Propane Grill, Fire Pit, Board Games, Outdoor Games, all for your use with the cabin. There are 3 Bedrooms with King Beds, a loft acting as a fourth bedroom with 2 Full/Double Beds. We have now added 2 roll-away beds single sized as well as a nice air mattress that is Queen Size and Double thick with an automatic pump to keep it at your desired firmness throughout the night. Although it is set up ideally for 10-12 with sleeping for 14, we allow up to 16 guests with no extra charge. We also rent out a boat hoist when available for an extra charge.
 
Guest access
Bridges Bay is easily the most popular resort in the Okoboji Lakes Region. Included is the use to several outdoor pools, one very close to the cabin, another outdoor pool with swim up bar, Lazy River and Large Indoor Water Park; Fun for All Ages Infant to Adult, Huge Hot Tub on Site, 3 On Site Bars and Restaurants and also a Snack Counter; Lakeside Bracco Beach Themed Café, Blue Water Pizza Company, and Waters Edge Grill Fine Dining, Mini Store for Guests, Work Out Room, Arcade, Playground, Covered Patio with Gas Grills, Dock Access, Stocked Fishing Pond for Guests Only, and much, much more. 6 Daily Water Park Passes are included for free. Extra passes are available for only $12 per pass for the entire length of you stay. The normal cost is $20 per day. That saves $128 per pass per week over a non-guest if you need more than the 6 included. The water-park is a great place to get away rather the weather is good or bad outside. The resort changes to off season hours after Labor Day and back to Summer Hours on Memorial Day. Please check with Boji Splash Waterpark for hours and exact pricing as they are subject to change.
This Resort is also with-in 1-2 miles of the area’s most popular Golf, Night Life, Boating, Shopping, and Dining. Take the Boat Taxi to Barefoot Bar or Walk to Many Other Popular Dining and Lounges Like The Ritz, Beer Can Alley, Table 316, Dry Dock, Smiles with Miles, Captain’s Getaway, The Gardens and High Point at the Emporium, Nautical, Murphy’s, Wine Bar and Art Gallery are all with-in a mile or so from the resort.

Other things to note
Peak Season Memorial Day through Labor Day, there is a 3 night minimum rental period. We may make some exceptions to that during the week depending on dates. Message me your request. No checking in or out on Saturday's sorry. Please check with Boji Splash Waterpark for hours of operation to be sure it will work for your stay if that is important to you. Passes are included but it is managed separately by the resort.

This place could not have been more perfect!! It had everything we needed and was in a great location and part of a great resort. Favorite things about cabin itself: coffee was provided, oh how that means so much!, they have a firepit to use, they have bikes which are awesome for getting around, they have bags and bocce ball for outside, the cabin is very cozy....you cannot go wrong with this rental a bridges bay.
