Seven Palms is a 25 acre beachfront estate overlooking spectacular Poponi Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Seven Palms as just been totally remodeled including new kitchen, baths, and a new private beachfront infinity pool.
Walk through our spacious foyer and enter into a open living/dining room with ocean views. Pass through the sliders to the wrap-around patios overlooking a lush green manicured lawn with the ocean beyond. The main house features six bedrooms, two with king beds and four with queen beds. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bath and a private deck or balcony. Four of the bedrooms have direct ocean views.
Seven Palms also has a brand new one-bedroom, one-bath guest cottage with a king bed, full bath, and a kitchenette. The cottage is optional and can be added to the rental for an additional charge of $1500, which also pays for two additional guests. If you don't need it, the cottage will be locked off and left empty. It will not be rented to anyone else.
Walk among the trails of our silver palm forest, rest out back on the huge patio overlooking the ocean, or stroll on our pristine private beach.
Just 100 paces from the house is the boutique resort La Bougainvillea, a five-room luxury resort on an adjacent 30 acre estate, which we also own. Guests at Seven Palms have full access to La Bougainvillea, including the spectacular beachfront infinity pool and the new La Bougainvillea Cafe, featuring an outdoor bar & grill and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Indoor and outdoor dining is available at the cafe.
Seven Palms Estate has 1200 feet of beachfront on a pristine, mile-long pink-sand beach. Awake to incredibly brilliant sunrises and fall asleep to the relaxing sounds of the waves all while looking out at the warm turquoise waters of Atlantic ocean. The property is located on one of Eleuthera’s most pristine, private beaches, with powdery pink sand and gin-clear waters. Coral reefs are nestled near the shoreline providing ample opportunity to view tropical fish or just enjoy a swim off the beach!
Amenities include A/C, satellite T.V., wifi internet, Apple Desktop, DVD/CD player, BBQ grill, full kitchen, and laundry room. AC, high-speed internet, ceiling fans, iPod dock, safe, beach chairs, outdoor showers, and private pink sand beach. Housekeeping and room service are optional.
Other services available include: car rental, spa services, private chef, office needs, grocery pre-stocking, tours, fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddleboard guide and lessons, musicians and bartenders can be provided upon request, subject to additional cost and availability.
The neighboring property, La Bougainvillea resort, is available for bookings along with Seven Palms to accommodate larger parties of up to 30, events, or weddings. Please feel free to contact us for further information
Governors Harbour, the main town, is less five minutes away by car. Visit the bay side for fresh fish and lobster every afternoon while chatting up with the local fisherman at the town dock. Governors Harbour is equipped with grocery stores, gas stations, two banks and ATM's, restaurants, liquor stores, medical clinic, library, bakery, and gift shops. Dotted along the road are historic homes dating back to 1897. Friday nights in Governors Harbour boast "The Fish Fry", a street/beach party brings together tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, this should not be missed!
Eleuthera is ranked and reviewed as one of the "25 Best Beaches in the World" by Forbes Traveler and awarded the "Best Secret Island on Earth" by Travel and Leisure. Restaurants such as Tippy's, 1648, Buccaneer, and Sunset Inn are all within a few miles radius. The Leon Levy Preserve is just minutes away.
