Luxury executive Southern Dunes villa. South facing large sunny pool deck with beautiful views overlooking 4th fairway.
 
We have just totally renovated our villa everything has been updated to a very high standard including linen towels beds mattresses and additional furnishings.
Departure day villa to be vacated at 10.00am
Arrival check in 16.00

2 large family sofas with table and lamps either side. Coffee table. 60"HD smart cable/TV . Small selection of books and puzzles are available . Direct access to the large sunny pool deck.
 
Kitchen
Open planned large kitchen with all amenities including large fridge and freezer new electric oven with ceramic top microwave kettle coffee maker toaster dishwasher garbage waste disposal .Breakfast bar with 4 leather stalls. A second safe is available also free of charge.
 
Dining
Dining table with 6 leather chairs overlooking the pool deck and 4th fairway.

4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.
MASTER BEDROOM - Queen size bed .Full ensuite with walk in shower and vanity unit and hairdryer. Door leads onto pool deck. 50" HD cable TV. Direct access to the large sunny pool deck. Ceiling fan. Walk in closet with free use of safe. Ample drawers and storage. 
 
SECOND MASTER BEDROOM - Queen size bed with full en suite bath and shower vanity unit and hairdryer. HD cable TV. Large wardrobe with ample storage.
 
TWO TWIN BEDROOMS - Large wardbrobes with ample drawers and storage in both rooms .Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath and shower vanity unit and hairdryer.
 
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.
All three bathrooms have plenty of space . One ensuite with walk in shower the second ensuite has a tub and shower with wall cabinet. . Family bathroom also has a tub and shower with large cupboard for all your needs and a wall cabinet.. Vanity units in all bathrooms with hairdryers towels and useful everyday essentials.
 
Pool
Pool is 26ft .Depth starts from 3ft shallow end to 5ft deep end . Handrail for easy access in and out of the pool. Pool can be heated normally we advise from October - March.
 
A safety screen for children is provided in the garage if needed to be used at your own discretion.
All doors leading to the pool deck and alarmed if you need to use them for child safety.
 
Outside
On the large pool deck there are 4 wicker sun loungers 2 wicker chairs and stalls which can also be used as sunloungers with a wicker table. 2 white piped sunloungers are available in the garage along with a table and 4 chairs with a large parasol. Under the ceiling fan is a dining table with 6 wicker chairs.
Outside 50" HD TV . 
Free use of a new infared tru 3 burner gas Barbeque.

Our villa is on one level throughout with access to the pool area via large patio doors with a 5 inch step.

Absolutely brilliant villa


When looking for a villa to book I came across this beautiful villa it looked fresh and clean in the photos.... I can 100% say the photos don\'t lie, a beautiful well looked after villa that\'s very fresh and bright. From start to finish when booking this Karen was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and answered all our enquiries fast and efficiently, the smooth bank transfer for the booking fee and full payment was easy and hassle free. The villa its self has everything you need to make it a home from home and we adored the the tv outside as we watched the hockey outside while eating our meal. The villa pool gets the sun all day and this was a huge thing for us as at home the sun is a one day wonder (we\'re Scottish) and being on the 4 th fairway was great as we enjoyed watching the golfers go past as we are a golfing family and when we weren\'t on the golf we sat back watching others. Quite and very enjoyable views. Directions and all details of places to eat were all supplied by Karen which was spot on and can highly recommend manny\'s as Karen did. I\'ve stayed in southern dunes before but I will never look to stay at any other villa other than this one and my priority is to get my next visit booked in. Look no further as this home is what you need to have a great time, can\'t wait to get back. Southern dunes is a secure place to stay and that\'s beautiful.

Wonderful Villa


We have just arrived back from our family holiday at Paul and Karen’s wonderful villa. From the enquiry process through to booking and arrival nothing was too much trouble and we received a reply to any enquiry we had usually within minutes. We arrived at the villa and it is just as the photographs show and immaculately clean. We had a nice surprise of a bottle of champagne and a welcome card waiting for us which was a lovely touch the fizz was very welcome after our long journey.The pool area is great with sun all day long. We enjoyed dining inside and on the patio area for breakfast and dinner. The location is fantastic with Walmart on the doorstep at the entrance to Southern Dunes and with easy access to all the Disney Parks which we visited daily (my feet are still recovering!!!) The restaurant on site serves lovely food at reasonable prices all the staff were very welcoming we can definitely recommend the Sunday breakfast buffet. We can’t wait to book our next family holiday at the villa we were all so sad to come home and we would definitely recommend to family and friends, thank you so much Karen and Paul for helping make our holiday so enjoyable.

BEST VILLA STAY EVER


We had a wonderful time in your home and are already looking forward to returning in 2020. We have stayed in many homes on our travels in the past and yours is by far the best ever. From the time we stepped in we felt comfortable and at home. Very important to me Karen is the cleaning. It was perfect. I did not have to clean before living there. You may reassured that your cleaning staff is the best they are doing a excellent job. Ian your management manager was also extremely professional and caring when we messed the sound up on the TV ( we are not technically minded!!) he was there in seconds .We enjoyed the outside TV bbq and lovely garden furniture we was so proud to entertain our guests in a wonderful setting. The only problem we had with our stay was it all ended to quickly we have stayed at Southern Dunes for 7 years and after a month I’m normally ready for home but your house was so relaxing as was the golf and entertaining our friends in your home that I’d like to extend our stay from 4 weeks to 8 weeks in 2020 to include all of February and March please don’t forget if you have that cancellation in 2019 as I know you are already booked to let me know first I’ll be delighted to book two months again. If ever you get to Chicago you have a open invitation for dinner drinks and visit. We would love to meet you both. Your friends, Bob Karen and Smokey

BEST EVER..... STUNNING VILLA


We have just returned home from Kokomo Loop after 5 weeks. The villa is exactly as pictured, clean and very spacious throughout. A wonderful safe place for long walks in the gated community, the people you meet along the way are very friendly. Enjoyed sitting around the pool in the everyday sunshine we had throughout the whole day watching the golfers go by was a extra treat. The owner, Paul, called from the UK to make sure all our needs had been met. They certainly had and more. We would definitely recommend to stay here should you be lucky enough to find your dates available and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending such a wonderful stunning villa.

Fantastic villa , home from home


We stayed for 3 weeks over Xmas and new year 2017, villa was perfect great facilities , perfect quiet location but near enough to Disney, supermarket and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive or a quick stroll to walmart superstore. Pool was a big hit with our two boys and was warm enough to use everyday so would recommend the pool heating. Paul rang us to check everything was ok and they even put up a Xmas tree which was a great touch. Would highly recommend and will use again if we return to florida
