NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.  This is a non-smoking house, which is strictly enforced.  No pets allowed - no exceptions.  Our own dogs don't even get to come!  If you want a wedding and/or reception or to bring your pets, this house is not for you!!!

Our Best Vacation Ever!


I have to say that this was the most relaxing vacation that we have ever had! The house is amazing and the location is even better. It was so nice to be able to enjoy our morning coffee as our kids played in the water. There was no stopping them, as soon as they woke up they threw on their swimsuits and were ready to go! Our kids are 4 and 9 and we felt totally comfortable with them in the water as we sat on the deck. (That\'s how close the water is to the house) We caught some pretty big fish from the backyard and from the near by pier for dinner too. I can\'t stress how nice it was to be so close to the water!!! If the kids needed a snack, then they just went in and got it. Not having to pack a bag to go to the water was really nice! It allowed us to really relax and enjoy our vacation. We actually only went to the beach one or twice the whole week because the convenience of the sound was so nice. (no jellyfish, no undertow, and no other people!!) The house is amazing too. It has everthing that you need to enjoy your vacation.

Hit the spot!


We could not have found a more perfect vacation spot. My husband and I are meticulous vacationers, because we want the best beach locations, with homes that are clean, and have the best amenities and ratings. Caribbean Soul was perfect for our first all-in family vacation. The home is right on the sound, which was perfect for our three-year old grandson to play in the sand and water, while the adults sat in the beach chairs (provided), or played in the water. The beach was just a short walk across the street, and the pier was great to walk on and watch all the people catching huge fish. The garage has a washer & dryer, a cooler (which came in handy), and all the beach toys you could imagine. The house is open and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, with a tv in every room. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would need to prepare meals. The views from the deck and kitchen and living room were awesome, and writing this review just makes me want to be back there. There are restaurants and grocery stores just a short drive across the bridge. If you like sushi, I highly recommend The Slippery Mermaid. I cannot thank the owner, Vicky, enough for answering all my questions, and being so warm and kind throughout the whole process.

What an amazing vacation


You know you have found a jewel when you contact the owner to book the home for the following summer 30 minutes after arriving for your vacation! The location is amazing and the home is comfortable, clean, well stocked, and large. They have thought of everything including offering bikes, paddle boards, and kayaks for extra fun! The walk across the road to the beach is enjoyable and easy. Can\'t wait til next year. Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Best Vacation Ever!


Hands down the best multi-generation vacation we\'ve ever had. From the private beach of pristine white sand to the well-stocked kitchen, we enjoyed 7 days of complete bliss. This is an ideal house for children, their parents, and grandparents. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We enjoyed walking onto \"our\" beach every morning, swimming, fishing, boating, building sand castles and tide pools, watching blue heron, and relaxing. And the views!!!! We never even went to the Gulf side because the little ones were having so much fun on their own beach (and who wants to pack up coolers, strollers, umbrellas, beach towels, snacks, toys, sunscreen, etc. when you have all that on a patio 8 feet behind your owner-provided beach chair!). Comfortable beds, flat screen TV\'s in every room, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, yummy snow cones within steps of this beautiful home all made for the best vacation ever. We WILL be back!

A great place for family Thanksgiving


This was our 7th straight year to spend Thanksgiving week at Caribbean Soul. We always have a wonderful time. We especially like the location where our grandchildren can enjoy the sound side for playing sand football, but we are a short walk to the gulf side. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns and there is a host who is available for help, if needed. Each year we anticipate improvements and this year we very pleasantly surprised that the bedroom carpet had been replaced with beautiful tile and the kitchen range had been replace with a flat cooktop surface.If you have a barge family, you can\'t go wrong with this 5 bedroom, 4 bath home.
