This unique accommodation offers a choice of 2 suites with well equipped kitchens and en suite baths. Situated in tropical garden featuring abundant flowering trees and fruit trees.
 
Within walking distance of beach, bay and town but most guests choose to rent a golf cart to get around.    Suites each accomodate two persons with choice of king, queen or twin bedded sleeping.
 
The rooftop deck is a sublime location to enjoy an evening cocktail or a morning coffee while delighting in views of the ocean, surrounding island and its turquoise Bahamian waters.
 
Centrally located, these two lovely alternatives, only a 3 minute walk to the famous Pink Sand Beach are steps from Romora Bay Marina and dining. 
 
Fly into North Eleuthera airport (ELH) and then take a water taxi to the Harbour Island dock OR sail on the Bo Hengy Bahama Ferries from Nassau early morning right to the dock on Harbour Island.
 
This property is unique in its flexibility offering weekly and short stays to couples and friends.
if you come once you will probably return or want to buy a house!

A beautiful, tranquil and well maintained property with a sincere and helpful host.


This property is well situated amidst a beautiful garden very close to the pink sand beach. The space was roomy, tastefully decorated, comfortable and complete. Nothing is far from anything on this island, and there is a resort with a great restaurant and bar a stone\'s throw away. Susan is a wonderful host and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to ensure my stay was exceptional. Thank you Susan. I will be back.

Great Value


Best value on Harbor Island for sure. This is an expensive island and i doubt you can beat Chef Neff\'s apt. She is wonderful as everyone has said. Room is very clean neat and tidy. Clean bathroom an kitchen. We did cook a bit and all utensils, pots/ pans needed were there. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella all provided as well. The beach is a Short Super easy walk from the apartment, and it is postcard beautiful and very uncrowded. (in Mid March 2018, i counted 6 - 7 people on the 1000 - 1,5000 ft long stretch of beach closest to the apartment. We rented a golf cart for 4 of 6 days, and enjoyed walking to town the last 2 days after driving on every street to see everything first. 2 thumbs up!

The property and garden have a lovely setting. Appetizers and cocktails on the rooftop crow\'s nest with a starlit view. Privacy in Chef Neff\"s Terrace Patio, where you can have breakfast and dinner if you would like. If you enjoy walking....not far from the center of town, close to beach.
