Description

We would like to share our NEWLY renovated vacation home with you.  Come and enjoy all brand new furnishings, appliances, TVs, beds, kitchen wares, deck, and bikes.  We completely updated everything as of April 2017 and are ready for your arrival.
 
The town home is located in a secured gated community, is a short 1-block walk to the beach and just a few steps to the community pool.  It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowing for 8 to sleep comfortably. We take great pride in ensuring our guests have wonderful accommodations by ensuring comfortable seating, bedding arrangements, free wireless internet and other in home entertainment. All beds have memory foam mattresses, all bedrooms equipped with wi-fi connected smart TVs.   The living/dining space & all bedrooms have large flat screen TVs that are loaded with over 470 cable TV channels.   
 
We provide bath, hand and face towels, extra pillows and blankets for your comfort.  We also provide shampoo, hand soap, body soap, lotion, a few bottles of water, coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker, dish washing pods and detergent pods for your laundry.  We think you will enjoy all the amenities that we have to offer.  We are available and accessible if you have any questions by phone, text or email.  We are an accommodating and family friendly community.  Come and see our beautifully renovated place!. We are eager to host you, your family and your guests!

ROOM DESCRIPTION
* Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 has a King bed and a futon that converts to a Full bed. The room has a flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet, laundry basket and night stands. 
* Upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a twin over twin trundle bed with foam mattresses and a futon that converts to a Full bed. The room has a flat screen TV, and a large closet.
*Downstairs Bedroom has a Queen bed with foam mattress. It includes a flat screen TV, dresser, and a closet. This room leads to a fenced yard with newly built patio. 
* Each bedroom has its own bathroom.. 
* Washer and Dryer is located in the downstairs bathroom.  We provide detergent pods.
* The Living Room has large comfortable sofa with 50” flat screen TV/DVD .* We have ATT U-Verse with 470+ channel ready for you to enjoy movies, sports, and TV series you can’t live with out.
* The Dining area seats up to 8 people.
* The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, can opener, etc
* The pool is just a few steps away from our townhouse. 
* The beach is a short stroll from the townhouse.

The are many options for fun in Gulfport including the trips to the beaches, casinos, golf courses, shopping, eateries and many water sports activities. We worked hard to provide to our guests the same comforts that we crave for when we travel. We hope you will visit us and build many memories here. First Timers!


First time in Gulfport, Both turned out to be great experiences. As earlier stated, this property, as just about any property near the beach in Gulfport, is near the railroad tracks. Annoying at first, but we soon didnt hear the trains. This property was well maintained, equipped well, and very convenient to just about everything. We had a few questions and the owners were prompt in responding. We stayed for 2 weeks and felt at home.

Great Vacation Spot Near the Beach


My family spent our Thanksgiving in this condo while visiting relatives on the Coast. We found the property charming, roomy, very clean, and a short walk to the beach. It is within a gated, very safe community, right in the middle of the Gulf Coast. There are many wonderful seafood restaurants near by. Everyone we met in the community was friendly and we had no problems with other residents. The owners were wonderful and stayed in contact during our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. It is close to the railroad but we did not find this much of a distraction; my kids actually thought it was rather fun having trains go by their bedrooms. Late night trains were very rare. I can recommend this property very highly.

Home away from Home


We absolutely loved the place and the owners were great in communicating. The place was clean, well organized, and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and the whole family enjoyed it! If we are ever back in that area, we would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable


We had a lovely stay at Seaside, there was plenty of room and it was very clean. The owner\'s were very easy to work with and very responsive. The unit also had ample towels, extra linen, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The only thing we didn\'t care for was the proximity to the train tracks and the noise during the night.
