This clean, simple single room is located within a 3-room apartment on the first floor of a landmarked town house (no elevator) in the district of Haidhausen, one of the most beautiful quarters of Munich.
 
The room is simply furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair, rocking chair, small TV and radio; the bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and sink is for shared use as well as the kitchen for smaller meals.
 
Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes of all kinds are all within walking distance. The cultural center "Gasteig", the English Garden and the hospital Rechts der Isar are also within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
 
This room can only be rented to German-speaking guests from Europe.
